My biggest complaint with Five Guys is the now really high cost of a simple one-patty burger and fries. Along with a drink. $20. But I ordered my burger to go and specified to the cashier, twice, NO cheese. At the counter I mentioned to the person making the burgers to make sure there is no cheese. Mine was to go back to our hotel. Guess what was on the burger when I got to the hotel? Cheese. Come on folks. Not a world ending issue but really?

Worse hamburger place I have every been to! Milkshakes suck everything really sucks. 42$ for 2 burgers and Fries, I could have gotten a steak, potato and salad for that instead of lettuce that's all it is is a mound of lettuce. Maybe it's Roanoke VA but I officially say this is the worse burger place I have ever been to! Gave my food to a homeless guy at the conner and went to cookout for at least what tastes like a real good burger,fry and milkshake! You failed 5guys never again for me! Peace out lame burger joint!

Food is good but the prices are just obscene. Then you try to save a couple of bucks by getting water, and they give you an almost comically small cup. Almost impossible to spend less that $50 with a family of 3, then they have the gall to ask for tip when checking out even though you have to stand there waiting for your order number. That would be fine if you werent paying such a high price. I would go here much more often if the price reflected what you get

Good overall. Food always good at 5 guys. Sometimes the service isn't the best but they can get busy and don't have enough staff sometimes so it's not their fault. Atmosphere is alright alright, is what it is attached to the mall. You have to use the mall bathroom.
