Worst Panera experience ever today!! we look drive 50 minutes just to get here and today was just awful. Didn't have the bread for our sandwich and offered another, get to the window they don't have that bread either and offer another. Then after a long wait we pull off only to realize they didn't give us her smoothie or baguettes.
