Last night my wife and I went to the East side Arby's and was the worst experience so far. We've had a few hiccups in the past with this guy named Michael, but nothin that kept us away as we eat here atleast once a week. Last night, we ordered our food at 9:23 (time on the receipt) for dine-in and had to wait over 10 minutes to get our order of a classic beef and cheeder meal and a 3 piece chicken strip meal, then Michael informed us that they were about to "bleach" the dining room. I asked him if they could wait til we were finished and he just rolled his eyes in disgust and walked away. We proceeded to our table and was enjoying our meal. At 9:53, Michael yelled from the counter that they were about to close and that we needed to hurry up. I told him we was almost done and again, he rolled his eyes and walked away. When we finished our meal, we was tryin to hurry and get out of their way so they could close and accidentally left our trash on the table. Then as we were walking out the door, he then made the rude comment that, "There is a whole trash can right there". Frustrated with him, we just went ahead and left. As we were pulling away, he came to the door with our trash and was cussing us out. Instead of engaging in an argument with his childish attitude, we just left as he told us not to "Come back". That's one thing he don't have to worry about. We'll never go back there! I don't know if Michael is the manager or just a worker, but either way, he has no business working there. When the owner of this place reads this review, instead of replying with the same reply as with all the other negative reviews, the owner needs to reevaluate Michael's employment at Arby's. There is several complaints about Michael in these reviews. Something needs to b done with him. He's definitely NOT management material with his foul mouth to paying customers.

When I pull into the drive thru I'm Greeted by the soft masculine voice that gives me goosebumps, \\\"How may I take your order\\\" I'm asked...It reminds me of her. I get my usual, classic roast beef and mozzarella sticks. The roast beef was extra beefy and mozzarella sticks hot and dripping of grease...It reminded me of her. The brown sugar bacon reminded me of the bacon bits I would put in her hair when we would make sweet love...they would come piling down and as I was the sweet dressing to her cob salad...It reminds me...of...her. For desert i couldnt resist an orange cream milkshake, it was hard to suck down for it was thicker than her...but just as sweet if not sweeter. To my surprise there was no cherry on top but plenty of whipped cream... It most certainly reminded me of her... I should call her.

Male manager took my order in drive thru. Wasn't a complicated order but he took forever to get it right then I get to the window and ask to use a coupon and he yelled at me then refused to let me use it. Girl handing out the orders didn't even look to see what she was doing. I had to tell her I ordered drinks and what they were. Worst visit ever!Kid-friendliness: Have kids meals

This restaurant has terrible service an management, I know if 30 people or more who filed company complaints and they never did ANYTHING ABOUT IT.. think about what you eat an sanitation processes.. they DONT KNO FOLLOW POLICY NORE GUILDLINES, have caught employment smoking in the restaurant an restrooms. Be safe out there people.

Hit the drive through and the order taker was a bit one worded and knowledge of the products was limited. However if you like being stared at by a tween, then be sure to stop in!You can not go wrong with the classic roast beef sandwichs, of which I got 2. Nancy Horn, I know you could turn this staff around.

My husband went inside to order as the website said we couldn't place a order. He stayed on the phone with me to make sure order was correct. He must have told Heather 6 time's he was on the phone with his wife but she didn't care. She flirted so hard with him that she couldn't even pay attention to the order. Even he said he felt uncomfortable and was trying bare minimal to talk to her. Then I get my food and the roast beef looks and taste like spam. It tasted like it's was uncooked and just had the most awful taste and texture I've ever tasted. The fries were cold and the wrong size. The cheese sticks were good and nice and hot. Overall this was one of the worst Arby's I've ever ate from and it's a shame cause they used to be my favorite.

Ordered an apple turnover.. Got home and a cold turnover thrown in a brown bag with NO wrapper or anything and the icing in a cup thrown the the bag with it... Called to complain and the lady hung up on me and said that's how they serve them and it's sanitary.. Highly doubt the health dept would agree.. Last time I was there before that ordered a French dip.. Got roast beef on two slider buns wrapped in the same wrapper and no dipping sauce.. Said something and the replacement sandwich was ice cold. Won't be back..needs shut down.
