Love Jimmy John's and I'm so happy they are finally open. I ordered on line and picked it up. Easy and fast.
I want to share with review with my experience with the store in Richmond, Indiana. The staff General Manager - Patty and the two associates who were in the store at the time Brittni and Chris provided me with excellent customer service.
I drove up to the drive thru to place my order and when the associate was not able to assist me m, I became really frustrated. I got out of my vehicle and came into the store to get and explanation on why they were not able to assist me...read full review
