“Or burritos were absolutely amazing. Quick service, friendly, and the atmosphere was great as well.☆☆☆☆☆Parking: It's got a decent sized parking area located in back of building.Kid-friendliness: Yes.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.“
“This is among the best Mexican restaurants in the Mid-west. Fantastic service! The wait staff is polite, friendly, and efficient. They know the whole menu, and the food comes out hot and fast. You won't have to sit there dreaming of your food, because the free chips and salsa will scarcely get low before the order arrives at your table. Great margaritas and draft beers, too. I love the decor in this place -- we're always noticing another interesting element. It's a big building with multiple dining areas that keep the conversation private.“
“As you can read from the other reviews, this place is not much to look at from the outside. And I don't blame you for not wanting to come in, but if you do, be prepared to dine on some fantastic, Mexican cuisine. I've had everything from burritos, tacos, and platters. Everything is good. Not to mention the two sauces that you see in my pictures. They might be the best sauces I have ever had. They have a large selection of cold, bottled drinks, including Jarritos. Behind the counter, they do have Horchata and fantastic aqua de Jamaica. The service is always fantastic and everyone is always so polite. You order at the counter and help yourself do a drink, then have a seat and they will bring the food to you. You pay when you are done. Lunch time is normally busy so be prepared for a small wait. Maybe 10-15 minutes or so. Adios for now.“
“Hot Heads on Chester Blvd has the most helpful staff. I have been twice, and both times, I took kids that didn't know how to build their bowls. The staff was so nice and explained everything to them with patience eccentric though they were busy. Also, their tortilla chips are the BEST!!!Kid-friendliness: Great“
“Been going here every since the first store opened on the first day. Love the food, love the atmosphere, and MOST of the staff are great - I have had a few visits that seemed like the server was racist against me (white)I will add the chicken and shrimp Fajitas are good, but the beef they use is very cheap and chewy“
“It was our first time trying there, and we really enjoyed the food-was quite tasty. And the service was quick as well. The only thing I would recommend is if they had a sign at the door that said: "please wait to be seated." Other than that totally recommend the Fajitas Steak Burrito with a refreshing pina colada ?“
“My husband and I love Taco Bell but while the food always tastes good, the service is typically pretty crappy and the food is just sloppily thrown together. You’re lucky if the tomatoes are even on the Mexican pizza or if cheese is melted over more than just half of it. While on a roadtrip home we stopped at this Taco Bell and it was by far the best Taco Bell we’ve had in years! The staff working the drive thru were friendly and polite and you can tell they care about their customers’ experiences just by how the food looked! It actually looked like what you see in the commercials- which is NEVER the case and tastes great! We’ll for sure be back on our next roadtrip to Indy- keep up the great work!“
“ALWAYS fantastic!!! Love the homemade slaw on the steak tacos and the fajitas with everything in them (plablano peppers bacon chorizo steak chicken pineapple and shrimp!) I believe it's called something spelled like this: Mocloambre? Anyhow, delicious!!!“
