“We did a takeout of two lunch specials and were disappointed. The food was cold with very little flavor. There was a puddle of water in the container that led us to believe that it had been made ahead frozen and reheated. This is not what we are accustomed to from this restaurant. The portions seemed smaller as well.“
“Didn't start my on-line order until after I got there to pick it up. Everyone was working hard and was friendly. They got my order done shortly and I understood since they were busy. I blame this on the GM. They were probably understaffed, underpaid and under appreciated. It has been my experience after Covid, that most of restaurant issues have been blamed on the workers. My opinion, it's all in how it is ran. You can't just open the doors and wait for the money to "roll in". GMs and owners are going to have to start working as hard or harder as they want their employees. Please note that I still gave 5 stars ?.“
“La Carreta 3 is a very nice Mexican restaurant in every sense. I've been there multiple times and is always a good experience. The food is great, the prices are affordable, the atmosphere is family-friendly, it's clean and the staff are very polite and quick.Highly recommend this restaurant.BTW, if your a guacamole fan like me, order the "guacamole tradicional" (traditional)... EPIC guacamole to say the least! ?“
“This restaurant has a nice menu- plenty of meals and combinations to choose from. The service was great. The food was very good - typical for this type of restaurant. The salsa that comes with the basket of chips was tasty and thick enough that it didn't fall off the chips as you ate them. Great atmosphere, but I wish the chairs were a bit more comfortable. The portions are generous, so I took half home. The meals are a bit pricey, but all restaurants are raising prices, so I wasn't surprised. Plus, I took home my leftovers and had enough for a second full-meal.“
