I ordered sweet and sour chicken and they were out of it. I settled for something else. They would have received 5 stars if they would have been prepared and in stock of the entire menu.
So being from a large metropolitan city that has many Chinese restaurants I was curious about Panda Express. I have seen many students going there and wondered why they would support a chain when there are so many family-owned restaurants in the same neighborhood. We have eaten here 11 times. Both carry out and dine in. Food is fine. Portion size changes DRAMATICALLY depending upon the server. I have questioned them and no one has the same answer. Management needs to do a much better job training employees.
