How in the hell do you, A chinese american restaurant, NOT have freshly made white rice in rotation? You mean to tell me you make a singular batch...run out...then make another batch that takes 45 minutes?They should make you a chick-fil-a. (Edit* anything else)

We have eaten here 11 times. Both carry out and dine in. Food is fine. Portion size changes DRAMATICALLY depending upon the server. I have questioned them and no one has the same answer. Management needs to do a much better job training employees.

I am gluten free I have been to Panda 2 times. The first time rhe staff was gluten free educated. The second time I asked for gluten free. The manager said we don't do gluten free. February 25th Greenfield 530pm is when I was there. Do better with educating your employees on allergies. I know all restaurants have a allergy list . The fact I was there the first time and the employees were very helpful and knew what I could eat.

Don't order through the app. If you order a bowl you won't get any entree, just rice or noodles. Don't expect drinks either. And then you have to go back for it. They won't deliver it. Management not helpful, just blamed door dash.Save yourself time and trouble and just order it through Door dash.
I tried today for first time because a gift catd but I have to say? how people like this instead of actual Chinese? Lol rice doesn’t have flavor at all and the meat is well ok. Will go again just if someone pay for mine
Very well maintained store, loved the Christmas decoration at the time of my visit. Tried their chili shrimp which was good for the first time.
