Waited 22 minutes in drive-through without even getting to the order Kiosk. I only continued waiting because I became curious as to how long it would take.It was not busy, service was just that slow. Whether it was due to not staffing enough or another reason, I have no idea.I had a mobile order and it should have been a quick and convenient experience. The service at this Wendy’s absolutely sucks. Corporate just has dropped the ball in this Wendy’s. They repeatedly close before 9pm to serve only DoorDash customers when they are supposed to open to 12am. They just ignore you until you drive away. They will even close the dining room early. They throw their food together and it is apparent these workers don’t care about their job or the people they serve. Corporate needs to step in and get a handle back in this place.

Lol I went yesterday for their breakfast at 9am and I walked in and there were no lights on and no one was there. Lol, I walked in the back and looked around. Apparently the person that was supposed to open up, called off. This is the second time I've done this. They will be out of business shortly!
