Waited 22 minutes in drive-through without even getting to the order Kiosk. I only continued waiting because I became curious as to how long it would take.It was not busy, service was just that slow. Whether it was due to not staffing enough or another reason, I have no idea.I had a mobile order and it should have been a quick and convenient experience. I only ordered a single, medium fry, and a soft drink.Seems like the owner of this franchise location (and/or corporate) does not care. The building looks like it’s falling apart and so I would have concerns as to what is going on inside.Will not be returning. I can get in and out of McDonald’s in 4 min or less with reliable quality. I could have eaten and left at a dine-in experience and still finished quicker than this Wendy’s.It’s a real shame because it’s right on a road with plenty of traffic. They obviously have no clue what they’re doing and are squandering the opportunity.

The service at this Wendy’s absolutely sucks. Corporate just has dropped the ball in this Wendy’s. They repeatedly close before 9pm to serve only DoorDash customers when they are supposed to open to 12am. They just ignore you until you drive away. They will even close the dining room early. They throw their food together and it is apparent these workers don’t care about their job or the people they serve. Corporate needs to step in and get a handle back in this place.

Lol I went yesterday for their breakfast at 9am and I walked in and there were no lights on and no one was there. Lol, I walked in the back and looked around. Apparently the person that was supposed to open up, called off. This is the second time I've done this. They will be out of business shortly!

I won't waste my time at this location again. It's very clear management doesn't give two bucks about service. Horrible customer service and they are always out of something or taking it upon themselves to sub your order so you gotta make sure to check the food before you pull off. I've attempted to patron twice over the last 2 weeks. Last week I visited during breakfast hours and they had no eggs. This morning I stopped by waited 3minutes to order at the drive thru when there was no one ahead of me. I was never greeted just dryly told go ahead with your order. I ordered 2 hoosier bowls with egg. I get to the window only to be told they dont have biscuits today smdh. Corporate should just shut down this location because clearly the management can't handle managing it properly.

The whole restaurant was nasty and dirty the order taker seem like she didn't know what she was doing she was literally walking in circles and barely said any words I ordered 4 biggie bags and got charged for 5....I've waited over 15mins to even get my food and anther 10 to get my drinks after they gave me my food . I stay 5mins from here and of course when I get home to eat my food was cold!! BUT that's not the end as I'm eating my cold food I realize my meat isn't even done (imma post pic) BUT that's not the end HERE IT IS THE NEXT MORNING AND MY CHILD HAS FOOD POISONING. I will never go back to that location again they really need to shut it down!!!!

The Ghetto...period. Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The talent pool must be the toilet because the employees are doo-doo. It's evident the owner doesn't care because there are no standards here and anything goes. Won't get another dollar from me and I hope others stop coming too. Close it down and open a pawn shop or something

I want to thank everyone that came to work today. There being ask to keep labor costs down by corporate and work more than 12 hours a by managers make a salary to cut costs. It took alittle longer but my food was hot and freah1

I had a bad experience here I first had the manager women on this shift as we speak take my order but get smart and have an attitude tried to argue wit me and I only asked to get my food fresh cause once it came out it was warm nugget was extra dry and not fresh like old like
