The food was great but the staff were very slow. The one guy making the sandwiches was making them fast, but it took forever for the other guys a while to put them into bags and give them to the people waiting.
The food quality has gone way down, unfortunately. The company changed their chicken tenders when they brought them back to the menu, and they're just not good anymore. The curly fries are still good, and the Bronco Berry sauce is top notch, but otherwise don't waste your money on high-priced, low-quality food.As for the customer service at this particular location... I visited Arby’s before but this location store number #6492 10877 East Washington Street was very clean inside and out. I went in the store to get myself daughter and grandson’s lunch. I spent $33.13.Which was not bad for this economy. My cashier was a young man named Mr.Bobby and his manager Mr.Curtis I always say Mr. or Mrs there was a Female on the fries I didn’t get her name but she was just as friendly.The food was fresh and hot.The shake machine actually WORKED!...read full review
