“We ordered CFA for our son’s graduation party but when my husband went to pick it up, he drove off with the food—not realizing they were still bringing out another bag! A super nice woman from the store immediately called me to let me know and said she’d send a driver to personally deliver the forgotten tray of nuggets to our home in Brownsburg. He arrived quickly and was exceptionally polite. Customer service like that is what makes CFA stand out! Thank you so much and the kids at his party LOVED the food!!! ❤️❤️❤️“

“Overall, a generally decent place. I definitely think it's overrated, but it's not bad or anything. Hot, salty fries, decently crispy chicken. Above average, but nothing too special. The special sauce isn't anything great, but it's a good place to go out if you're hungry. A bit overpriced, if you ask me, but it's good. Forgot to take pictures. Also, the Texas toast is very unexpectedly garlicy, in a really good way.“

“I ALWAYS have great experiences at the Fazoli’s in Avon In but today was truly amazing!! While eating a late lunch, I overheard the manager, who I believe is Jeff Bistro, talking with his team in the kitchen. He was praising his staff for a job well done and telling them how proud he was of all of them. This is a rarity these days. Especially in the fast food world. And the team was well deserving of his praise! Job well done!!“

Staff was very friendly & helpful with my sauce selection. I didn't take pictures but I enjoyed everything I got... 2 sliders with cheese, no pickle, 9 piece chicken ring, chicken slider, fish slider, & onion chips.
