Wow this Jimmy John's is always solid. Sandwiches are always very consistent and they are always put together neatly. The staff is always quick and friendly. It is always very clean even the bathroom is very clean and smell nice. A clean restroom is very important to me. If they can't keep the bathroom clean then how clean is the place their preparing your food.
The food was great but the service was horrible. My daughter and I went just before closing (yes I’ve been in food service and know it’s a pain), we did not realize they were soon to close because hours are not posted on door. Online states they close at 10pm but they closed at 9. We ordered 3 sandwiches that were tasty but the lady at register kept her face in her phone til I asked are you ready?
