Never again. $28 for two sandwich combos and this is what they look like. We didn't get our pickle and the pasta salad is gross.

This is the last chance I give this location. For the past 5 or 6 delivery orders there have been items missing. I order box lunches for myself as well as the grandkids when they are here. But it is really getting ridiculous when items are always missing and then it takes them an hour to get it out to you. No "Freaky Fast" delivery when the order is not compete and has to be brought back out. Over it.

Teenagers were great food was good. The older guy that took my order was sitting down got up seemed angry he had to take my order and had food in his mouth.

The teenagers that worked there were so nice, however, management (specifically Lauren) was an issue. Maybe sandwiches would be delivered in a timely manner and customers would feel more comfortable going in if they put somebody mentally stable in charge. Surely, it can’t be hard to find someone who can make a sandwich AND pass a drug test. Until that happens, I’ll stick to Subway.

I was in the other day and some girl around 30 was yelling at another worker. I can't believe the manager and owners allow their workers to be treated like this. They are hourly workers and young kids being treated like crap.

Wow this Jimmy John's is always solid. Sandwiches are always very consistent and they are always put together neatly. The staff is always quick and friendly. It is always very clean even the bathroom is very clean and smell nice. A clean restroom is very important to me. If they can't keep the bathroom clean then how clean is the place their preparing your food.

The food was great but the service was horrible. My daughter and I went just before closing (yes I’ve been in food service and know it’s a pain), we did not realize they were soon to close because hours are not posted on door. Online states they close at 10pm but they closed at 9. We ordered 3 sandwiches that were tasty but the lady at register kept her face in her phone til I asked are you ready? The gentleman making sandwiches kept giving us dirty looks and slamming our food around. The dish washer slammed his cup with no lid which made fluid fly out. Ugh, if looks could kill I wouldn’t be writing this review! Very uncomfortable situation for us.

I would stay away from this store during lunch time or whenever Lauren is the manager. She is very rude and disrespectful and has no concern for customers, only for the bottom line. I had a sandwich that was made incorrectly by another store (Speedway) a reasonable distance away. They were incredibly nice btw... just made a mistake on my sandwich. I came into the Danville store to ask if they would handle the issue for me and the 2 younger employees were very happy to help me and even apologized for what had happened. I thanked them and even told them there was nothing to apologize for. The young man started to make my wrap for me when Lauren approached him and told him to stop immediately. She then approached me and informed me that they would not be fixing another stores mistake and if I wanted the wrap from them that I would have to pay for it again... full price.
