“We only bought coffee products and they were great. My husband got a regular plain cup of coffee with cream. I ventured onto another drink that I do not recall the exact name for. Something to the effect of Smores and Marshmellow something. It had caffeine for sure. I will definitely be returning there for coffee“

“Aj did a phenomenal job she had a gentleman come in and order a bunch of sandwiches and the lady in front of me did as well but being by her self she made sure to interact with us to let us know she will be with us momentarily she really was just busy busy busy but always attentive to everyone and not just the customer she was working with she was very friendly even though she had a lot going on she did such an amazing job I highly recommend the subway in Fortville they rock!!“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“This chick fila outlet can get busy depending on the time of the day. As any other Chick Fil A the food is predictably standard. The difference is in the service times and speed. There's a mobile thru and a drive through lane each and so that's saves you some time overall.

I've had some items missing on my order that I only discovered after getting home on more than two occasions. When I notified them I'd hear back but having missed the item for when I really needed it the first time is still a bummer.

The crew working the place is courteous and friendly. 10/10 for that.“

“We found this place accidentally during a power outage detour and so glad we did! It is a really nice restaurant that looks brand new. Billy was an excellent server and the food was amazing and served up quickly. Very "home made" and "home town" type of food and everyone was super friendly. Prices and Value were great. I grew up with the one in Fortville and saw it go out of business from really bad customer service and cleanliness. Who ever gives this less than 4 stars is on Crack and doesn't know how good they have it. I ordered online in the store because they were busy and received everything within 5 minutes. I used to run 2 Five Guys locations this food was definitely fresh, hot, and Amazing!!!!

“Culvers Burgers are some of the best ive ever had at a fast food restaurant. They beat out Whataburger, 5 guys, in n out, and just about any others you could name. Now, the burgers are dependent slightly on the people putting them together, the cook and so on. The flavor and quality are consistently 4 to 5 stars and ive had very little complaints. Thats enough for me to give them 5 stars.“

“My wife and I were in Greenfield and stopped in for an early lunch. We hadn't been to a White Castle for a few years and were excited to go. We had cheeseburgers and fries. Our lunch was great. We enjoyed it and plan on returning. Also staff was friendly and the dining room was neat and clean. Overall a great experience.“

“Popped in about 1.30am on a saturday. A great weekend late night option. The staff guy working the drive thru and the window was nice and cheerful. I guess id sum it up as ok. I cant say it's the most stellar thing ive ever eaten buy it was definitely worth the ride there and the price. We got the 6 piece combo, almost $20. It was more than enough for 2 people. Only downside is this chicken is meant to be eaten at the time you get it. A few of the pieces were soggy soggy on the bottom by the time we got home (8-10 mins). They, or at least the ones we got, would not have been good leftover either. Fries were normal crinkle cut, nothing exciting but good. Coleslaw was ok too. Not a ton of flavor. Their sauce was ok too but nothing to go out of my way for. I didnt see if they had other sauces.

They had outdoor seating too. I wasnt really dressed for company tho lol.

All in all, I would would stop in again, especially as a late night meal. I recommend.“

“Ordered food at the drive thru on 5/13/26 @ 9 pm, employee unchanged one of the orders, I said clearly one single butterburger combo, got the cheese right this time but entered a dbl butterburger instead. Topping and condiments were scarce, drink tasted watered down and very little carbonation in the Coke. Very disappointed. The last three times I've stopped at a Culvers they unchanged because they half listen or don't omit cheese when asked.“

I just want to take a moment to give a big shout-out to Emma and Chris at the Greenfield, Indiana location.
I was running behind and had a pretty large order for about five people (plus some extras). I couldn't get the app working, not Arby's fault, but because of my phone issues .....so I had to go through the drive-thru.
I even apologized ahead of time, for such a big order so close to closing time.....but Emma immediately reassured me it was no problem at all.

Their customer service was absolutely outstanding—friendly, professional, and far above what you usually see these days. Emma and Chris really stood out because so many fast food places have employees who clearly don’t want to be there, but these two went above and beyond. They deserve to be recognized (and honestly, a raise) for their effort and attitude.

I know it’s not easy to put together a big order so close to closing time—I’ve worked in fast food, and I remember how everyone wants to clean up and get out as quickly as possible. But instead of making me feel like an inconvenience, they made sure everything was correct, fresh, and done with a smile.

“I ordered chicken rings and mozz sticks. As per usual the mozzarella sticks were AMAZING. Fresh, flavorful, and that cheese pull was on point. But the chicken rings...were the opposite. Didn't taste fresh, flavorless, like they forgot an ingredient in the batter. They just didn't taste good. I didn't end up eating them. I went back the next day and bought more mozzarella sticks only though.“

Kid-friendliness: My grandchildren and I eat there all the time. Ages 9,11, and 16, we love it.“

“Love the chicken strip basket with gravy! You have to dunk the chicken strips and the fries in the gravy. ALL of the ice cream is great also but it's really hard for ice cream to not be great.

Parking: Parking lot is small but Needlers parking lot is huge and basically connected to DQ.

Kid-friendliness: They have a normal kids menu. Hamburger, hot dog and chicken fingers along with a few other kid friendly items.

Wheelchair accessibility: I'm in a wheelchair myself and I am able to get around the parking lot. They do have handicap parking and wheelchair ramps. Inside is a little cramped but I am still able to wheel around. The bathroom is also tight but it is usable.“

“We feed four adults and four children for about $80 which is not easy. Everyone cleaned their plates, I had seconds and there are three containers for lunch tomorrow. The food was hot, fresh and not overly seasoned. Thanks for a great family Sunday dinner.“

The last 5 visits to E Washington Street they have been out of multiple items each time, from cheese, tomatoes, beans, chicken, beef, soft drinks, the list goes on. Plus E Washington is not very clean and rude. Make the drive to this location well worth it!“

The one particularly in Greenfield is outstanding customer service + I've had to wait on my food twice in the past few weeks but it's always worth it to have fresh food and I would much rather the wait. “So glad you got the 70 and MT. comfert store staffed good my 1st couple times it was bad but you just opened so I gave you a pass and came back awesome improvement on service my only nit pick is your team needs to pay attention to the special instructions part of the online order that's why I come in the store to make sure it's made right but if you can train your staff to read everything on the online order like they are supposed to it would be flawless good improvement Jersey Mike's has the best subs just work on team building !!!“
