It was really rather sad. There may have been five employees in the whole restaurant because now everything is so automated. They talked about unemployment rates are down, and jobs are up because they're creating them but it's hard to see wherever you go specially in fast food restaurants everything is automated. Hell even the drink machine you had to scan your barcode to be able to get your drink out of the machine. The hamburgers we had was just so so, not the Steak and Shake...read full review

Food came out fast and tasted great. Dining area was very clean. Manager walked around and asked everyone how the food was. Sweet tea tasted like it was freshly brewed tea--not stale syrup!

I absolutely love this steak n shake! There is rarely a long line.. And I usually com on my lunch break which is fantastic. The food is made hot and fresh when you order it..but they have it down! And I order no onions everything and guess what..I've never gotten an onion... They have never forgotten to add my cheese cup or forget to ask if I want ketchup..oh and it's Heinz! They are also friendly and the customer service is to notch.. Another great Friday lunch!
