The last time My Wife made a mobile order there were a few issues and missing items from our order. She filed a complaint online and I thought she was wasting her time but today I get a phone call from A manager there apologizing and offering to correct the issue. I 100% understand mistakes are going to happen, especially with the high volume of traffic. The fact that someone reached out willing to correct the problem and apologize is amazing. They were nice enough at the first window. They were very confused it took three people to put my order in. Then the lady at the second window was rude. The still got my order wrong.
