I left the 7155 Pendleton pike location n went to the location on Sunnyside great customer service people was nice and I didn't wait in the drive thru long... Great location
Ok this location it’s never clean, the store should be clean all the time you are working with food and customer service, they need to change the frying oil more often. Food it’s never fresh, the soda machine is very dirty and nasty I couldn’t get a drink. The floor it’s greasy and dirty
This place has never been good, and I've given them so many chances till today. I ordered a 5 piece tenders combo and instead the smallest, barest, most peppered wings ever. I can eat nothing off these other than peppered rocks. Never going here again.

KFC is a popular spot for lunch, offering a variety of options including fresh original whole wings and chicken sandwiches, which are very popular. The crispy chicken breading is often spicy and salty, providing a nice surprise for customers. Many customers enjoy the Pot Pie and extra Christy chicken, finding them delicious. The restaurant features modern screens for ordering food, making the process quick and easy, often taking just about a minute to prepare the meal. Service is generally good, with helpful employees and a clean environment. There is plenty of parking space and accessibility for wheelchair users, including designated parking and seating arrangements. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, with meals for children and a clean atmosphere, making it a convenient and enjoyable place for families. Despite occasional issues like burnt grease or undercooked biscuits, KFC remains a top choice for many customers, especially with the convenience of mobile app ordering and a wide range of menu options.
