Unbelievable. These workers are rude and lazy! Not everyone are going to do your jobs on a damn kiosk machine! And the food? All of it was old, greasy and bad. Kfc went down ? a lot. Lost another customer!!!

I ordered my food, which came up to over sixty dollars. There were only two different parts to the order, the 16-piece and one chicken sandwich meal. They gave us everything, but the chicken sandwich. Some of the chicken was old, and some pieces were new. The sides were not filled enough to match the amount of chicken. Sad and disappointing is all I have to say.

All of the food I ordered was old. I threw it all away. Cause after standing for 5 mins for condiments, i wad over it. They refused to take your order at the counter. You ask for dine in. They still bag everything up. The best thing was the fruit punch!

My personal opinion about them all together is that the chicken was extremely soggy and it wasn't even hot the french fries weren't even hot and the service was by far anything to write home about meaning that it was unsatisfactory but really that's with any fast food establishment that I go to plus they lie to you about the freshness of the ingredients or the meals that you do get as a whole I honestly feel that they are all failing us when it comes to the freshness and the quality...Pardon my French I won't use that language on here but as bad as I want to I would just buy the food yourself and cook it yourself at home that way you know what you're getting and you know that the ingredients are going to be fresh and not saved for the next day when they should just really be put into a different area instead of being rewarmed and and fried or reheated again for consumption by patrons

Worst experience ever!!! Will not be back! Ordered through drive thru at 8:53. Get home which was a 20 min drive only to find out they put original chicken instead of chicken strips which to no avail, my kids won’t eat. Go back up there to be told it’s being remade please pull to door and we will bring it out. 20 more min go by and nothing yet so I go inside and ask what’s going on. Manager told one employee to drop chicken strips which should have already been ready but she neglected to tell him or do herself. I ask for a refund cuz I’ve been here almost 40 min at this point waiting on chicken strips and she tells me she don’t know how to do refunds. I was like “huh? How do you not know how to do a refund if you are a manager?” Then she proceeds to tell me she’s not doing one even if she did know. So at this point I ask for my original receipt back that she took through the window when I first arrived. She then tells me she don’t know where she put it. Then prints another receipt which doesn’t even have all the info on it that I need. So I once again wait for another 15 min for food to be done. I ask for her boss and she says she’s the highest manager there. Needless to say this was terrible service on their part and I will not be back. Almost $50 in food that my kids couldn’t even eat before they went to bed. Thanks kfc! Hope they whole world sees this and she’s gets fired. Also all employees who were wearing gloves or around food were on their phones instead of helping the customers at drive thru or in lobby!

I'm 43 years old and this is the worst chicken Ive ever bought. The chicken was burnt and so mushy I could not pick it up without falling apart and it was drowning in grease . Grease ran out of the bag and all over my car seats. I took the chicken back and was informed they do not do fefunds.Ive contacted corporate and still have not received a response.Its Completely nuts that you can not get a refund on burnt food that is not eaddable!!! ? I spent $57 dollars and dint have a sing bite. Threw it all away. Worst place ever. Looks like I need a ski mask to get my money back.

What a difference a few days make. Had their Famous Bowl on Friday for the 1st time. Delicious and plentiful. Back on Sun., bowl was 1/2 full; 3 nuggets and a lite sprinkling of corn. I want the Thur., crew back!!!!

I recently placed an order online I went inside to pick up my order but decided to check it. I ordered white meat and they gave me dark meat I told the cashier my order was wrong they explained that they don’t have any white meat. I said that I would wait. He says we have it in crispy I say that’s fine. Why when I got home I had two thighs and a wing? He probably gave all the breast away thinking they were wings. Mind you everyone in the restaurant was under eighteen I didn’t see one adult.
