“I went there on my own for a lovely meal and the cashier at the time AJ was very helpful and took my order with no issues and even asked me how my day we most restaurants don't do that. We will definitely come back hope he takes my order it was lovely talking to him.“

“You cannot go wrong with World Famous HotBoys and now with 2 locations in Indy, they are here to rule! HotBoys USP is chicken, chicken and more chicken. Get tenders, or the famous sando or just about anything on their menu is perfection in every way! From presentation to the taste, I wasn’t disappointed today. I had a long chat with the owner and he opened their 2nd branch just because the first one was doing so so well and that doesn’t come as a surprise at all! Carmel location is way more spacious and has a huge patio with a heating furnace for winters. Really cool with a karaoke bar, a bar and a spotless clean space good for any get together or party. My chicken tenders were juicy, decently spiced and paired so well with coleslaw! Chefs kiss! and I will be back soon!“

“I am from out of town visiting Indianapolis for business. I was getting food to in drive through, when I was asked if it was my first time I was encouraged (if I had time) to come inside to sample all the flavors before making a decision. Upon entering the store I received such a warm and friendly welcome. Everyone had a smile on their face and seemed happy. I tried several flavors and a soup. The gentleman that was waiting on me was incredibly attentive and helpful. It seemed he really wanted me to have a good experience. He shared what his favorites were and was engaging. The restaurant was so clean and bright. The food was delicious and my meal included a cookie!!100% would recommend, absolutely no complaints!!“

“Usually have no issues at this location. Odd thing happened today, I ordered a spicy sandwich, and got a normal one. No big deal, just went in and told the girl at the counter. This is the first time I’ve ever been to a Chick-fil-A where they didn’t just give you the new item, they took the mess up and threw it in the trash?? Very wasteful, if it is going to be thrown away just let us keep it.“

“The only place I’ll buy chicken from now on! Sauces made in house, chicken actually had flavor! Staff was so nice and the place was clean enough to eat off the floor! This should be the next up coming chicken joint, if you haven’t been you better go! Manager was really nice and took care of us, lady at the register was a sweet heart!“

“Always love coming here for lunch! Fresh food, great service and good lighting to read or just relax while you eat! I usually order the same thing but one of the employees offered me a sample of a new flavor called jalapeño holly which is my new favorite! You have to finish your meal off with a refreshing watermelon sweet tea!!“
“What a great place for a light \\u0026 satisfying meal. The chicken salad on a croissant with a lemonade is a great summer dish. But overshadowing everything is the fantastic customer service. From the moment I walked in they were super nice, knowledgeable about the food, and made honest suggestions.“

“I am going to kill two birds with one stone. I think that every store is the same, we like to visit this one in Pleasent Prarie, across-the-stree from Costco. Great food! The chicken tenders are definitely my favorite, followed by the Southwest Salad. And since I try to have little carbs in my diet, a lemonade without sugar, just Splenda. By the was, my wife and I love to put a tea spoonfuls of Tajin in our lemonade. If you don't know what that is, try one of the new refreshers from Starbucks. It is a powder that we used in Mexico in fresh fruit, micheladas, and many other things. Back to Chick-fil-A, give it a try, you can thank me later. I am including a picture of Tajin, you can find it at Walmart.“

“Chicken shawarma wrap came with a side of pickled veggies and garlic aioli. Everything was delicious but watch out for that aioli... I didn't think the garlic was that strong but my wife said otherwise ? especially since she could still smell it the next day even after I showered! ?. Be aware this is carryout only, no seating. I was able to stock up on some middle eastern groceries while I was waiting on my food ?“

“I have resisted going to this chain because of their business practices, but my girl does eat it so guess what, yes I went.I have to admit I liked the food and it is reasonably priced.I just wish their stance on a few things would be more reasonable and I would go there more often.Parking: A large number of spots“

“Chick-fil-A in Fishers, Indiana is a fantastic fast food restaurant that consistently delivers delicious food and excellent customer service. Their signature chicken sandwiches are simply the best, with juicy, flavorful chicken and the perfect combination of pickles and buns. I love their spicy chicken sandwich. The waffle fries are always crispy and perfectly salted. The staff at this location is incredibly friendly and welcoming. If you are not aware of their other food, associate will explain from menu in detail. They greet customers with a smile and a cheerful "my pleasure" when assisting them. The restaurant itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a comfortable atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. One of the standout features of Chick-fil-A is their attention to detail and commitment to making their customers feel valued. If your food isn't ready in time, they'll bring it to your table, which is a level of service you wouldn't expect from a fast food restaurant.Overall, Chick-fil-A in Fishers is a must-visit for anyone craving a delicious and satisfying meal. The food is consistently excellent, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the overall experience is one that keeps customers coming back time and time again.Main key points for any Chick-fil-A:- Polite Staff.- Provide actual good quality of food.- Well organized and managed drive through.“

“It's well established that I'm a fan of Chick-fil-A. In fact, I'm sitting here kind of stunned that I hadn't previously reviewed this location. This location is a sister location to the Keystone Chick-fil-A (same owner). Thus, it's probably not surprising that I get very similar vibes at both restaurants, though there's no denying there's a difference in clientele between the two. This spot is obviously located in a more business-oriented district. It stays pretty busy most of the time. I will admit I usually go to the drive-thru here rather than dining in, though on occasion I will find myself inside. The basics? Accessibility is nearly always pretty solid with Chick-fil-A. There are accessible parking spots, appropriate curb cuts, and a fairly well laid out dining room. Restrooms are ADA compliant. Employees here are almost always helpful and will work with accommodation if needed. With their last redesign, accessibility in terms of parking improved and I consider it better here than at Keystone. The drive-thru is a two-lane drive-thru that diverges into one lane once you've ordered. The drive-thru folks are always friendly and they work pretty friendly. Generally, my orders are accurate (interestingly, just yesterday my order was actually incorrect). As is true of all Chick-fil-A locations, they are closed Sundays. My favorites here? I order chicken strips a lot. I order a grilled chicken combo when I want to pretend I'm being healthy. I love their iced tea. The frozen coffee is da' bomb. I'm a fan of waffle fries, though at times they do disagree with my stomach. The only thing I truly don't like here among the things I've had would be the chocolate chip cookies - I just plain don't like them. I'm not super thrilled with the ice cream, but the cookies are actually a dislike. They do give refills and are nearly always cheerful about fixing mistakes. And yes, while it's not a requirement they are encouraged to acknowledge a "thank you" with "my pleasure." I have to be honest - I adore that and sometimes will say "thank you" just to hear it (I'm pretty low maintenance). Overall, I really love both locations run by this owner and, in fact, this owner is just what I call "good people." It's nice to be remembered. I've been down since cancer surgery and I've had some of his employees greet me on social media and on those occasions I get to the drive-thru. As an extra note, they typically utilize DoorDash for delivery. If I were to come up with a list of preferred fast food spots, there's no question Chick-fil-A would be on it with a nice combo of good food, fair prices, and terrific employees.“

“I don’t know how to spell his name butLandon is the goat he was patient and he was able to come up with a unique situation to my problem. I thought there was a 20 piece nugget but there wasn’t so we settled on a 12 and a 8. He was smiling and followed the cfa scripting on point. This dude really exemplifies the chick fil a way! Give him a gold star or something frrr ???????“
