Visit the newly opened Tsaocaa in 82nd street/Castleton and enjoy the refreshing milk tea plus great customer service. Taro bubble milk tea is my favorite.

Bubble tea is a Taiwanese tea-based drink invented in Tainan and Taichung in the 1980s. Recipes contain tea of some kind, flavors of milk, as well as sugar. Toppings, such as chewy tapioca balls, popping boba, fruit jelly, grass jelly, agar jelly, and puddings are often added.

Been a customer since 2021, and even though the name changed, the drinks have always been great. No complaints about the quality or taste.
My only issue is the wait time. It seems like there's usually just one guy in the shop doing everything — taking orders, making drinks, and helping customers. Honestly, it doesn't make much sense. It's pretty clear this isn't a one-person job.
