Dairy Queen Reviews
Horrible experience at this location just now. Paid for three medium blizzards that were 1/2 full and when asked to correct one of them they remade the blizzard with hardly any toppings in it, but refused to give it to me if I didn't give the other back. I'm so tired of the Plainfield location charging full price for 1/2 filled blizzards with hardly any of the pieces in it. Stop taking advantage of your community. DQ is too expensive to get ripped off. This isn't a one time experience....read full review

The Dairy Queen (Treat) restaurant provides a welcoming, kid-friendly environment with easy wheelchair access. The customer service has seen improvements, with the new manager Kristin working hard to enhance the overall experience. Customers have praised Kristin's efforts, noting the store looks cleaner, the wait times are shorter, and she has a great, bubbly personality.
The restaurant mainly offers ice cream, with limited indoor seating and chili dogs as non-ice cream options. Customers can enjoy treats like cakes, novelties, and half-price banana splits from 12 to 4 PM. The new manager has also introduced deals, such as two-for-five Dad ice cream cones and chili dogs.
Despite some past issues, the updated Dairy Queen (Treat) experience can be positive, especially with the dedicated efforts of the new manager Kristin to improve the service and address customer concerns.
