I went thru the drive thru tonight. I waited 10 minutes in the line. Only because there was no way to get out of it. My complaint is NOT because of the long wait! The wait was because there was only TWO PEOPLE working!! They had to take care of both the drive thru AND those that walked in!! I blame the management for this!! NO WAY should those two fine young men should have been put under that much stress!! I will not go to this DQ again. I'll go to Mooresville or elsewhere.

I had a coupon for a free ice cream cone. I showed them it and they said that they will accept it this one time but whoever made the coupon didn't put an expiration date on. I have had better dq experiences and won't be returning to this one.

The wait time in the drive through is unacceptable. We waited an average of up to 10 minutes per car in front of us. Took almost an hour to get ice cream with 6 cars in front of us. We would have drove off but your trapped in this drive through pas.a certain point. Love dairy queen but we will never come to this one again.We Can drive to mooresville and get ice cream and back faster. This is not the first time this has happened.

It is rude to interrupt people in drive through when they’re at four syllables into a response to “how can I help you”. It’s rude and lazy to not put up an “out of hot dogs” sign up so folks don’t get stuck in drive through all day. Eat a diccup till you hiccup
