“I've been wanting to go here for awhile! on an early Saturday afternoon, we finally went. everyone was very pleasant and patient with our family (toddler and infant.) although we didn't have to use the changing table in the bathroom, it was appreciated that they had one. the service was prompt and the food was absolutely delicious. we had the pulled pork sandwich, salmon salad, and kids Mac and cheese with beans/rice. no complaints! our waitress Sue was fantastic. we will be back!“

“Many choices & all are very good depending on your tastes. The spicy chicken salad was way to hot for me, but I've become a lightweight unfortunately! I don't think it's that hot for spicy lovers. Their signature cookies are phenomenal &
you get a small one with every meal! The white chocolate cake used to be to die for, but the last 2 times I've gotten it, it has been quite dry! Very disappointed. Husband agreed!“

“My family and I heard about His Place Eatery many times over...all that was told to us missed the mark. Why? Because our experience exceeded everything we were told to expect. It was delish plus and so fresh tasting… I recommend the sweet potato chips and made fresh to order guacomole… we had the street tacos, chicken with mango salsa and spiced street corn ! It’s an hour and a half drive but one we will make again!“

Little did I know, this visit would be the first of many. It's now been about two months of regularly visiting your store for my Barbie Q fix. “This place is the bomb dot com and both Kisha and Keisha have excellent customer service skills. The restaurant is extremely clean, the food is hot, delicious and fresh, there is enough seating for large groups and you will not be disappointed. All of the food is worth the prices and the corn casserole is one of my favorites. Just don’t forget to bring cash since they take cash only. The sweet potato pie is banging also so don’t get a slice but a whole pie so you won’t regret it when you get home with just one slice. We will definitely return to enjoy some good food and great conversation. I highly recommend this place for some good home cooked meals. I give them 10 stars!“

“We have become hooked on Slim Chickens! We saw they made their sauces in-house and breaded their own tenders so it couldn't be that bad.

Boy were we wrong, it wasn't that bad - it was unbelievably delicious!

They know how to properly package your order (keeping cold items separate from hot), are friendly and the orders are always accurate.

The chicken is marinated in buttermilk and lightly breaded so it doesn't have a typical heavy fried chicken feeling. They go really well with the house-made sauces which they make several of. We have tried virtually all of them and haven't had one we didn't like. (Buffalo & Spicy BBQ are our favorites, Hot is our least favorite but still enjoyable)

We have had a lot of things from here and haven't had a single bad thing. My wife thought the regular tenders complemented the sauces better versus the spicy. The spicy do have a nice kick to them. The tenders are so good you don't even need a sauce.

The wings are solid also but we prefer the tenders. Mac & Cheese was delicious along with the fries which tasted freshly cut.

They have desserts in a mason jar which are delectable. The seasonal flavors are Key Lime Pie & Strawberry Cheesecake. Both were stellar but we are fans of KLP so that is our preferred one.

The fried pickles lasted the 15+ minute trip home and were still plenty crunchy. I would have liked to see a smaller portion of them for a lower price.
