“I've seen this place raved about. Its a distance from my neighborhood and I already have a few beloved spots out that way so its hard to take a risk. But it was worth it. If you can handle a whole fish, the grilled fish was amazing. I lived in the Caribbean for a while and I could not handle a whole fish when I got there. But by the time I left I was eaten the eyeballs too just like the locals. If you are less adventurous try some small plates to share. We tried the potato cake, the chicken and shrimp dumpling with peanut sauce (if you squeeze the lime on it tasted just like pad thai), and the crispy beef skin cake (which reminded us of Moroccan bastilla). They made the list for spots to eat in that neck of the woods!“

“I was just in there on 3/23/26 at 5pm and the two guys that were working, one was making the food on the grill and the other was the one preparing my bowls, hands down nicest guys!! “Prices have leveled off here for a while now. And while I'll continue to be a curmudgeon about the cost, the food is always top notch and the portions are sizable enough to serve as at least one, maybe two leftover meals for the week. Server Charlie was promptly on top of refills and aux items (soy, a little more white rice), and boxed up our take-home quickly.
We are rewards members and find the premiums successful to draw us back here regularly. Local road washout will make it a longer drive for a few months, but we'll never give up Chang's!“

“No complaints about the food, it was what you would expect. The person taking orders was distracted, it seems he just wanted to hand off to go orders. I don't take food back to work, I enjoy a break. I said my order was to eat there, I got it in a bag, no napkins or plasticware. They had plastic wear available, kid sized forks, ridiculous. Never could get a napkin. Too bad, it could have been a good lunch spot. They have a decent seating area.“

“I am a very picky diner when it comes to Asian food. This place is outstanding! Very reasonably priced meals and beautifully cooked; never greesy or oily. I have never had an over cooked meal here. Now I only ever get Chinese food here so I cannot speak to the fusion or Japanese food. But my 'test' is wonton soup. Most places it is rubbery, tasteless. Here it is made to perfection, even better than nearby Tian Fu which is generally a bit more upscale. This is where I go on my own to get in a meal when my family is out of town. Great service too, especially when you realize it is being done by one person. I tip my hat off to this restaurant. Highly recommended.“
