“Come here for the delicious, authentic Indonesian food and stay for the warm service. Stopped by for dinner on a weeknight and was promptly treated to a feast of flavors - this is the best Indonesian food I’ve had in the United States. We had the Martabak Telor to start (Crispy skin omelette with beef and onion), moved on to the Beef Rendang (tender simmered beef with coconut milk and caramelized spices) and the Nasi Rames of the day (rice place which had fried chicken, seasoned tempeh, omelette and more). Finished off with the Es Cendol (sweet iced dessert with coconut milk, palm sugar syrup and green rice flour jelly). Chef came out and met us afterwards. They’ve just moved into this new space so it’s still being setup (soft opening), but the food is worth it!“
“Amazing staff and amazing sushi. Me and my boyfriend went and we usually go to a higher end place in fishers however this is our new go to place. Staff were so attentive, kind and fast. Sushi was FRESH amazing and very reasonable priced! Love this place can’t wait to go back!“
“First time in had the spicy crab poke bowl. Flavor was excellent, and as a chilled bowl it was perfect for lunch. Bowls are filled to the absolute top, and neither of us could finish them. Daughter had the crispy chicken poke bowl and loved it. Hers was served warm, and we both agreed it would be a better dinner option. Brought home a shrimp bento box to wife and she really enjoyed it. Both girls are the counter were very nice. Hope this place survives because the flavors were great and the serving size was well worth the price.“
“Went here for lunch and had an absolutely incredible meal. I ordered the Vietnamese Soup and the Sambal Fried Rice. Both were delicious!!! The Sambal Fried rice was especially tasty and had the perfect amount of spice. I will definitely be returning and re-ordering both items next time! Highly recommend :)“
“Good food, excellent and friendly service, fair prices. Getting a fresh bowl made and cooked exactly how I want ended up being delicious. The vegetable, meat, and sauce choices are varied enough that it won't get boring with the ability to change it up every time or go with your favorite.“
“Thai Thai is located in the former Sawasdee site. We tried them for dinner for the first time this evening. I personally rate it as the best Thai food I have tasted in the north side of this town.We ordered a small bowl of Thai noodle soup with tofu, Yum Woon Sen (glass noodle salad with pork slices), Basil duck stir fry, Vegetables lover with pork. All came with rice (See photos) .All dishes were cooked with very fresh ingredients, the pork and duck were tender and NOT overcooked like many other Thai in town. More importantly, their sauce is NEVER sweet like many other Thai joints in town. All in all, a very pleasant discovery after so many other Thai disappointments in this town. We will go back and also recommend this restaurant to our friends and in here.[Disclaimer: they did not ask me to say all these good words. These are our honest but critical assessments].“
“Everything about this place was amazing and so glad we discovered this gem. Really helpful and friendly staff, everything was clean, everything tasted amazing, delicious lemonade, and one of the rare times as a celiac that I could have anything on the menu. 100% will be back next time we are in “
“This place is so delicious and the servings are ample and the price is right! The kids split the chicken chow mein, ordered with no veggies because the kids are super picky! They ate this right up and also the chicken egg rolls. The pork gyoza and chicken egg rolls were the perfect starters! Wife had the General Tsos, which I've had for lunch in the past, so perfect flavor and a tiny bit of spice. White meat chicken and not stringy or cheap cuts. My spicy miso ramen was flavorful and silky. The egg was cooked perfect and the pork was tender and melts in your mouth. This is a must place to be a regular go to! The value was outstanding. Two appetizers, 4 drinks, and 3 entrees for around $60 (before tip), and you get plenty of food! Can't praise this place enough and worth the find!“
“Finally. They have opened back up. Talk to the owner for a little bit and apparently due to power gird issues in the back of the build (the Amazon warehouse) they have to close down for a few days to renovate and since the whole building runs on one power grid they also lost power. And the reason for the health department sign was that because since the entire building lose power for a week, the health department have to come out and check if the food that’s in the freezer are still good. Now that the health department paid a visit yesterday they are finally opening up today“
“Steve greeted us as soon as we walked in and went out of his way to make sure us, as well as the other patrons, had a phenomenal experience. Dave offered an excellent customer experience and was incredibly attentive. The food was phenomenal and some of the best sushi both my partner and I have had in a very long time. I highly recommend the key lime martini for drinks!“
“Yesterday, I had the pleasure of attending the Tastemakers event with Healthy Soul Food. We tried the House Fried Rice which comes with Halal meat such as chicken, shrimp, and crab. I was surprised to hear about them sourcing their vegetables from local farms like Flanner Farms & Elephant Garden. I really enjoyed their In House made yum yum sauce it was so delicious.“
“Enjoyed a birthday lunch with my siblings. To help me celebrate they brought a chocolate souffle with intense raspberry sauce and giant sparkler. Looked cool and impressive! A bit disappointed with the sauce of Mongolian Beef, as it was a bit "harsh". Adding sugar and touch of water to these leftovers created a more pleasant and tasty sauce as I'd expected in the first place.“
“One of our favorite local restaurants! Naked chopsticks is a great restaurant with amazing food and great service. My kids love it and choose it anytime they have the say on restaurants. The ambiance is very chill and nice and the decorations make it such a relaxing place to eat. We have gone through many rewards cards. If you get the chance defiantly check it out.“
“Asian Harbor was my go to restaurant in the whole entire Indy area. The gentleman that answers the phone and does a plethora of other things was extremely nice, giving, caring, and overall very pleasant every single time I came in. I think about A.H. very often and have never found a place that comes close to what I want in a japanese/chinese restaurant quite like they did. At the very least, they deserve a 5 star review for all the lovely meals I’ve had from them in the past.“
“I came right when they were closing but they were still obliged to serve me. I was t sure what to order so I went with the shrimp fried rice. It was sooo delicious. Different from any fried rice I’ve had in Indianapolis and they’re close to where I live so I’ll be back to try something “
“Good authentic Vietnamese food. Banh-mi was good. I ordered both the pork and the special one. Just be careful of the jalapeño. But taste wise, they’re delicious. Same with the pork vermicelli salad. Though, I was expecting the sauce to be the regular Vietnamese fish sauce, but this one comes with a peanut sauce. Good, just different than what I’m used to. Price was very reasonable. One thing, be prepared to bring the food out since the space is really small and not a lot of tables. Definitely will come back.“
“What a complicated review this will be. For a decade I have been searching for an exemplary "mayonnaise shrimp" and I found it here. It's amazing and I will order 4 of them text time. Everything else was below average, but my bias towards finding a good "mayonnaise shrimp" has blinded me. If you order here then get the Mayo shrimp. It's what I've been searching for“
“The first time I went there they asked if I was eating here or taking it out (which there is only one table) but we ate there and they brought they food out to us which I thought was so sweet and even took our trash. The food is definitely cooked fresh and they care about their customers. So good.“
“At first thought a sushi spot downtown that's open til 1am didn't sound promising, and it's no frills appearance made me approach with caution. The sushi was made fresh and tasted great!!! I will definitely be back. Don't judge a book by it's cover!“
“I enjoy the friendliness of the restaurant! You will more than likely be greeted with a "hey/hi/how are you", which is always welcoming! I ordered two vegetable spring rolls and vegetable fried rice. It was nice, cheap (around $6-9) and made in a jiffy. The restaurant does have an odor..that stopped me in my tracks. I am not sure if it is the food because once I left the food in my car (running errands), I smelled the same odor. Hopefully they can do something about that. Spring rolls were nice but too moist in the inside for me to buy the 6 order. I enjoyed what I had, maybe wait for them to get warm/room temp before you devour them. ;)“
“I ordered the spicy salmon roll, boba tea, and the shrimp pad Thai. All of these were absolutely delicious. They don't hold back the meat in the food either. Genuinely, I don't think I've ever seen so many shrimp in pad thai or any other kind of noodles. Had plenty for leftovers too!“
“This was my first time here. You order at the counter so be ready to know what you want. I decided to try the Steak Hibachi. You can choose how the steak is cooked. It comes with cooked cabbage and yum yum sauce on the side. Drinks are sold in cans or bottles. I chose my steak medium and it was cooked perfect. The cabbage compliments the rice well. The yum yum sauce does not have a strong flavor but I still used it. I would return.Parking: Strip mall parking with several restaurants. It can be busy during lunch and dinner.“
“wasabi on 82nd is a HIDDEN GEM. i have eaten here for 10+ years and they never disappoint. the food is delicious and always comes out quickly. the servers are kind and attentive (we had sisilia tonight and she was so sweet). if you’re an out of town guest or local sushi-lover, this place is a MUST TRY.“
“The closest thing I know to true Asian street food in Indy. Bao Si (Rice flour steamed buns) are a staple on route to subway and portable. These are chinese breakfast with vegatable or pork ball inside. Also popular here is the Beef Noodle soup and Lo Mien Zu Ro (Beef Fried noodles) which is also one of my favorites. Hen Hao Zhong Fan Dien. (Very good lunch restaurant). Gong Xie!!“
