“So good. Very very clean, well kept. We came when it wasn’t too busy, service was super fast, and the food was insanely fresh. We come from Cincinnati and were driving through and the name caught my eye, and I was so glad of it. I got the shrimp pho and the egg rolls and both were piping hot and fresh. So glad I tried this place and next time I am in the area, I will for sure be coming again :)Vegetarian options: Vegetarian is clearly labeled. There’s veggie apps, and full entrees too“
“The closest thing I know to true Asian street food in Indy. Bao Si (Rice flour steamed buns) are a staple on route to subway and portable. These are chinese breakfast with vegatable or pork ball inside. Also popular here is the Beef Noodle soup and Lo Mien Zu Ro (Beef Fried noodles) which is also one of my favorites. Hen Hao Zhong Fan Dien. (Very good lunch restaurant). Gong Xie!!“
“You would like to think that individuals enjoy the awesome food at a great price . That the owners would not have to have someone let you in the door then of course then he has to lock it . Then he watches the line because some individuals want to cut , or see someone they know & act like they were in a car & that's their family , & or fight , yell , pull weapons on each other. Please conduct yourself accordingly. We all are in line I waited 2 hours . Try engaging the person in front or behind you with a smile or how are you doing today. Everyone deserves common courtesy , respect , kindness , compassion , & remember that not one person is better than the next person . I also believe the East side of Indianapolis gets enough bad press that we do not need to be on local news fighting while at a place to get food . I personally have been a loyal customer since Fast Wok was at East Gate Mall . A Big Thank You to All the Fast Wok Employees & the OwnersSincerelyR. Scott“
“I didn’t know what to expect at first but after giving chino Mex a shot it was worth every dime. The serving sizes are great, the food was freshly made and you can taste the quality of the ingredients used. I would recommend this to any one looking for something fresh when it comes to Chinese food.“
“Amazing food and nice people! First time ordering from a Mexican/Chinese restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. The Aqua Fresca's are a must try with fresh fruit and rotating flavors. Best crab Rangoon around. Will definitely be back!“
“Food was recommended by my other Fountain Square locals, and I am now also recommending it myself. After a long day, I ordered several things from the menu; my top 3 favorites were curry rice, vegetable rice, and veggie rolls.***Anyone taking the time to write a negative review because they had to wait or paid for a meal are absurd.“
“My family and i have been going here for years, they always treated us with kindness. The owner too was always so nice to me and family, even if there was a language barrier, they would still find a way to communicate with us. The food is quite amazing and the service is fantastic , would definitely recommend to others!“
“I haven't been here since I moved to the northwest side of Indy from Gwood...but thought I'd give a shout out! I always got the bourbon chicken combo. Definitely my favorite! I hope it's the same. Other places I've been it's got some weird @$s gravy on it or in it. Been on the NW side almost 7yrs...can't find anything close. Everywhere else that does bourbon chicken is just...nasty. China dragon is more like a broth-juice...it's way better. I got away from the breaded chicken dishes about everywhere. This is best ?. I like the pork fried rice and egg rolls too!...a lot.“
“Before we moved to Noblesville 6yrs ago we frequently ate here. Now we only get to enjoy this amazing food once or twice a year whenever we make a special trip into Indy. We always get the #1 crab Rangoon, #11 pork spring rolls and #101 beef Pho. Sometimes we like to switch things up and get the General Tao. All of them are the best we’ve ever experienced.“
“The entrees we've had from them are great. Best Chinese food we've had. Dim sum is fine. Service can be a bit... they're never rude, just sometimes a little more curt than Americans expect. It's best to order "family style" and share. They bring out dishes as they're cooked, so not everyone would get their food at the same time. While a little pricey, portions for most dishes are good, and we always have leftovers. Faves: Peppercorn chicken, Sour & Spicy Shredded Potatoes, Any garlic stir fried veggie, Squirrel Fish, Crispy pork belly. One of our favorite cold weather places - hardy food and nice cup of tea.“
“An absolute must try!!! The best Vietnamese cuisine I have ever had!!! It's a true hidden gem! You definitely won't regret it!! Everything I have ever ordered has been amazing! The staff is the best they really make you feel at home !!! They always remember us! Great food great place great people !! Can't beat it! Have to try the chicken pho, lemon grass chicken and both types of spring rolls! Very high quality!! Very delicious ?!“
“Beautiful decor, excellent food, great service. For Asian food, Tian Fu is a hidden gem on the East side of Indianapolis.Vegetarian options: We had the vegetarian Gyoza (dumplings) and they were excellent. Vegetable Lo Mein was also very good.“
“This is the best Japanese/Thai restaurant to me in Indianapolis!!. My husband and I have drove by this place so many times and never stopped to check it out until recently..and I'm soooo glad we did!!! I truly truly truly recommend eating here if you like true Japanese/Thai food..by far this is our favorite place to eat!!“
“Enjoyed a birthday lunch with my siblings. To help me celebrate they brought a chocolate souffle with intense raspberry sauce and giant sparkler. Looked cool and impressive! A bit disappointed with the sauce of Mongolian Beef, as it was a bit "harsh". Adding sugar and touch of water to these leftovers created a more pleasant and tasty sauce as I'd expected in the first place.“
“Always good food when I order to go or dine in! Staff are very friendly! I have driven to their location from southeast side to order food from thus business and it is woth it! If they were to ever open a location near me I would recommend to all my friends!!!“
“If you're looking for a reliably delicious Chinese place where you get a huge bang for your buck, Fei Da is your place. We have never actually dined in because we always get delivery, but we have stopped in for pickup and it's a nice, clean, small location. The food is amazing and the people who deliver are always super nice and friendly. We love their fried rice, crab rangoons, sweet and sour chicken or pork...honestly, I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. Their egg roles are also fantastic. The sauce for the rangoons is out of this world. It's sweet, yes, but very nice. It's exactly what you want in Chinese takeout.“
“Asian Harbor was my go to restaurant in the whole entire Indy area. The gentleman that answers the phone and does a plethora of other things was extremely nice, giving, caring, and overall very pleasant every single time I came in. I think about A.H. very often and have never found a place that comes close to what I want in a japanese/chinese restaurant quite like they did. At the very least, they deserve a 5 star review for all the lovely meals I’ve had from them in the past.“
“Family owned and operated! Customer service is always so kind and helpful, especially for take out orders. We have been frequenting this place for the last 8 years and it's only gotten more delicious. We love the yum yum chicken and giant crab wontons. Anytime we are on the west side, we are grabbing food from this place only. Thank you for the many years of great food!“
“Never had a bad meal here.Today I wanted to go for lunch and had limited time. I got there at 11:05am and it was not yet open. I couldn't stay until the doors opened. I was disappointed because I'm not in Southport that often. I'll be back and hoping that you'll be open at 11am next time.“
“I'm late finding out about this spot but so glad I did!!! The food is fresh, hot and great. Service is pretty fast. They stay busy! Costumer service is good. Price is worth the portions you get. I have never had a bad experience! Definitely try them out, you won't be “
“I was wanting to try another entree and would have to travel a few miles out of my way. Ordered takeout of C36 - steamed chicken w/veg and no water chestnuts, chicken fried rice w/o peas, fried veggies egg roll, and no sauces on the side for $9.76. The meal hit the spot, but I wonder what typically comes in the fried rice besides meat and peas.“
“Was in the mood for pho and it didn't disappoint. I thought there would be different types of meat in my soup bc I ordered the special but I didn't mention it. The rolls were good. It's not a fancy place in the slightest but you know what they say ?? I'll def “
“The fried rice & the wings are a hit every single time that I go! When you call ahead, the service is always super quick & friendly. There's no place to sit indoors, so you have to take your food to go, but it's still a hidden gem!“
“I've driven by this place several times and decided to give it a try as it's only a few minutes farther than my prior go-to Chinese takeout restaurant. I ordered the General Tso's chicken for myself, the sweet and sour chicken combination plate for my fiancé, and the green beans for us to share. Chicken was crispy and covered in a delicious sauce. Green beans were obviously fresh and were served in a mild brown sauce. They allowed a substitution of vegetable fried rice and a vegetable spring roll on the combination plate. We received two pints of white rice and some free egg rolls with our order. It was an incredible deal for $33 including tip. My only knock on this place is that you should give them an extra 10-15 minutes to prepare the food from what they tell you on the phone. My order was still ready in 25 minutes. This is obviously a family run business and they were very friendly. The food is better than any Chinese takeout restaurant in the area BY FAR.“
“Let me start by saying, the lady working was the NICEST and SWEETEST lady ever. I order the combination with general tsos chicken with pork fried rice, crab ragoons, Chinese doughnuts, and chicken fried rice. She threw in an egg roll and a couple extra ragoons! All was delicious! I wil definitely be going back!“
“The food here is excellent. Always fresh and hot. I get the General TSO's combo. It's not too spicy and is very. Also portion size can be easily shared and the crab rangoon is delicious. Not a dine-in restaurant and parking is difficult. Delivery is usually a hit-or-miss. However if you have to pick it up it's always ready when they say it will be.“
“I love this place SO SO SO MUCH, the place is very homey and safe with also being comfortable ? The price is amazing, $10-$11 ALL DAY LONG ❤️ Take-out boxes are around $11. The people are great at making sure that there is food/refills ?Parking: It always has a few extra spaces to park.Kid-friendliness: The place is very comfortable and they do have a few american dishes.“
“The first time I went there they asked if I was eating here or taking it out (which there is only one table) but we ate there and they brought they food out to us which I thought was so sweet and even took our trash. The food is definitely cooked fresh and they care about their customers. So good.“
“The house specials are the best, prepared with an obvious Cantonese flair. The hot pepper chicken with fried rice is an excellent dish. On a rare occasion, you can find the best mushu in Indy here. Check the handwritten boards by the counter for availability.“
“We cannot say enough good things about Food King as every time we are very happy with our order...the food is great and the staff so helpful and nice, recommend you give them a try....we are lucky we live close by, but if we lived farther away we would make the trip to get their great food....thanks Food King and we hope your business continues to grow!“
“What a complicated review this will be. For a decade I have been searching for an exemplary "mayonnaise shrimp" and I found it here. It's amazing and I will order 4 of them text time. Everything else was below average, but my bias towards finding a good "mayonnaise shrimp" has blinded me. If you order here then get the Mayo shrimp. It's what I've been searching for“
“The panda Chinese restaurant is very good I ordered here like three times and I'm very impressed with the food first time i had A Mongolian chicken and beef was very tasty the eggrolls the chicken wings are on point I would definitely recommend anybody to try this place they also deliver to that's also a good“
“I've been on the search for a new go-to Chinese place, and decided to give this a try.My two favs are General Tsos and Boneless BBQ. Both were tasty! The rice is different than most Chinese places, but still good. General Tsos had some kick to it and was cooked well, juicy, etc. Boneless BBQ had a good flavor and was just a bit chewy, though not bad. I would definitely try then again!“
“Consistent and simply fantastic take-out. The food is delicious, freshly prepared and piping hot when you pick it up. General Tso's and Orange Chicken that's still crispy instead of slime when you open the container is a highlight, and the steamed dumplings are a must. The family that own and operate this business are always friendly, kind, and will remember you if you come in often enough. A southwest Indy hidden gem.“
“Ordered carry out on Christmas and they were so kind and the food was delicious! We plan on making this our new spot for good Chinese food. We got the chicken lo mein, chicken fried rice, spicy vegetables, wonton soup and egg rolls and they threw in an order of crab rangoons for free. Very sweet people and large portions. Everything was great.“
“First time at the new place, definitely different from the old. I do miss the “dinner for 2” option and the rolls. Egg roll is okay but different from the old one. Sweet and sour sauce is more tangy that the old place, and lastly prices are a bit higher. I say it’s good but consider it a new restaurant if you are going and try not to compare to the old favorite.“
“I enjoy the friendliness of the restaurant! You will more than likely be greeted with a "hey/hi/how are you", which is always welcoming! I ordered two vegetable spring rolls and vegetable fried rice. It was nice, cheap (around $6-9) and made in a jiffy. The restaurant does have an odor..that stopped me in my tracks. I am not sure if it is the food because once I left the food in my car (running errands), I smelled the same odor. Hopefully they can do something about that. Spring rolls were nice but too moist in the inside for me to buy the 6 order. I enjoyed what I had, maybe wait for them to get warm/room temp before you devour them. ;)“
“I ordered the spicy salmon roll, boba tea, and the shrimp pad Thai. All of these were absolutely delicious. They don't hold back the meat in the food either. Genuinely, I don't think I've ever seen so many shrimp in pad thai or any other kind of noodles. Had plenty for leftovers too!“
“I decided to give this spot a try as it is close to my doggie daycare and boy am I glad that I did. I placed my order online via beyond menu and it was ready on time. I was greeted by a nice lady when I entered and she got my order thanked me and handed it to me and I was on my way. The hot and sour soup was great! I also got the crab Rangoon (Yum) and steamed dumplings. The chicken and vegetables was great and I got at least three meals out of my order.“
“We ordered dinner from here tonight. The staff were friendly and the food was great. The chicken lo mein was probably the most flavorful of any restaurant I’ve tried. The General Tso’s chicken and crab rangoon were also very good. The fried rice wasn’t the best, but it was better than the fried rice from most quick service Chinese restaurants.“
“Wow wow wow! This was a fantastic meal for a quick take out Chinese restaurant! I ordered the General Tso with fried rice, and choose an egg roll to go with it, and crab rangoon. The crab rangoon was so damn good- honestly one of the best I've had in a long time. Nicely filled, with the right ratio of the crab cream cheese mixture. The general tso chicken had very good flavor, and very good chicken. The fried rice and egg roll was also very good. I would definitely recommend this place if you're wanting some good ol' fashioned, quick, chinese take out.“
“I always get take away. I really only order a few items but those items are the best! I get the house special fried rice, sometimes with extra beef. The crab rangoon I usually order never makes it home as it is best eaten hot and fresh!“
“Love the crab rangoons, and the food is always good. One of my top lunch spots. edit... as of 02/20/2024, I think the original couple who own this place sold it, havent seen them the whole year, and a new couple has been running it. The food has taken a turn for the worse, the fried crab rangoons and egg rolls are chewy. The food is still good but they have gone up in pfice $4 for the same dish I always order. Wont go back at $17 a person.“
“This gem right here!!! Food so fresh will still burn your mouth after driving home for 30 minutes. Food is amazing and the people couldn't be better. You have to try this place!!Vegetarian options: Have to look at menu but is easy to find on menu“
“The food was pretty good. Lots of different things to try. It was easy for my disabled teen to get around with their walker inside the building but the disabled parking had a curb that we had to lift their walker over.Wheelchair accessibility: It was easy for my disabled teen to get around with their walker inside the building but the disabled parking had a curb that we had to lift their walker over.“
“If you're hungry, this is the place to go. One of the best takeout Asian restaurants around. We called when we were already close to the restaurant and they prepared our order so fast, we only had to wait a few minutes. I got Bourbon Chicken and my friend got Chicken Lo Mein. Both helpings were SO big that we ate it again the next day for leftovers. You definitely get your moneys worth here. Bourbon chicken was perfectly sauced and comes with steamed vegetables underneath. The fried rice that was served with it was definitely authentic. There isn't much room to sit down inside and enjoy, but you could definitely find a space if you tried. Very nice staff, and very good food!“
“I went around to several Chinese carryout to look for fried rice. The lady at the desk took my order with no problem. I've never had fried rice with vegetables. I opened the box and it was fragrent. It was delicious! I later ordered it without Napa. Doesn't change the flavor. Still delicious ?.“
“Great food hot, fresh and savory. My 10 Year old said "5 stars, this food is awesome". Chinese and American Buffet, Sushi Bar, and Hibachi Grill all at one price $15.98 (adult) includes drink. We will definitely eat here again.Parking: Plenty of parking as this restaurant is in a shopping plaza.“
“Been coming here for over 10 years. Most Chinese take-out joints go downhill over the years, but not this one. Still my favorite beef and broccoli in town, and I make special trips for it after moving further away. Never had an issue with quality, and always fast service.“
“Super fresh ingredients, no frills ordering with super friendly service. It's simple comfort Asian food that's hardest to find done well in the US, but you can find it at the rare gem that is Egg Roll #1.Also don't miss out on their egg rolls (more like spring rolls with egg in it than the American style one)“
