“If I want Chinese food that isn't Panda Express, I come here. Their general tso's is good, but inconsistent. Sometimes it's too squishy, sometimes it's perfect. However, their rice is very good and their egg roles are perfect every time. Their egg rolls are so good that we get 15+ of them for Christmas as an appetizer. Prices are good too, you get a ton of food for what you pay.

“Overall an amazing restaurant! I typically don't go for actual Chinese food, but I teied it, and it was delicious! Also one of my favorite places for crab Rangoon. I like how there's not much crab, and a lot of cream cheese. Also staff have been really nice, and is typically quite or empty when me and my family go.“

“Truthfully, I have no idea why this location only has 3.5 stars. I think they may have gotten review bombed at some point, but every time I have come here, the food has been fantastic. The Orange Chicken and Chow Mein, my go-to, is always perfectly cooked and not greasy or oily. The Orange Chicken especially, which so often comes soggy from other locations and is in general underwhelming, is always perfect here. The staff is very kind and attentive, and they truly do care about the product they put out.“

“Went to PF Changs for lunch, and was seated quickly. Alecia was my server and she was very nice and attentive. I let her choose our appetizer which we got the lettuce wraps. They were DELICIOUS.

The teriyaki chicken & teriyaki beef were delicious and very filling. I highly recommend this place.

“Today is Christmas and one of the busiest days for the restaurant. Although my order took more than 30 minutes, the employee at the front desk did all she could and was very attentive to the waiting customers. She even checked up on each one of us, placing us ahead of the kitchen queue so we would get our orders as soon as possible. You could tell every one of them were trying their best. In the future, it would be helpful to provide more accurate wait times. The food itself was delicious, and I appreciate the effort the team put in during such a busy day. Despite the waiting, this restaurant certainly deserves a good rating.“

“Got food delivered not too far about 5 to 10 miles, it was hot. Not warm. Hot.(tells you alot about service) And it tasted good, fresh even, fried rice had good flavor and was loaded with meat got some in every bite, scallops were cooked perfectly along with the potstickers did i mention the food was hot? Even the fortune cookies were good. I would say prices are reasonable especially compared to similar, lower quality restaurants. As for the atmosphere it was primarily comprised of nitrogen with some oxygen mixed in for your respiratory needs long story short it's earths atmosphere. Eat some good chinese food.“

its difficult to rate the food, they are decent food, definitely not consistent though, sometimes its fire sometimes its just alright.
some reviews say it had a lot of breading and sometimes that is the case but sometiems not so much
all in all, they compensate for this by sheer volume you definitely get alot of food for the price especially in todays economy. maybe the quality of the food depends on their delivery days or prep days etc

the crab ragoon hits every time though idk waht people talking about soggy. theyre fire and they give a generous amount every time.

I still give it 4 stars, and if they ever went away I would definitely be sad.

the service is hard to say as well. I asked questions sometimes im not sure what the item is, and they struggle to explain it to me it seems. all in all though this isnt a major turnoff. I order take out usually because the atmosphere is kind of small. no problem though. I do wish they put chop sticks in the bag though sometimes I get home and realize I forgot to grab it“

“We ordered dinner from here tonight. The staff were friendly and the food was great. The chicken lo mein was probably the most flavorful of any restaurant I’ve tried. The General Tso’s chicken and crab rangoon were also very good. The fried rice wasn’t the best, but it was better than the fried rice from most quick service Chinese restaurants.“

“I moved to Westfield in June & have tried several Chinese food places. This will definitely be my go-to spot! The woman who answers the phone and is usually present when I pick up my order is very friendly. Orders have always been correct and fast. I have tried all my favorites: shrimp with lobster sauce; chicken chow mein; steamed dumplings; pork egg roll; roast pork lo mein; chicken w/ broccoli; egg drop wonton soup; pork fried rice. Everything has great flavor without being overly salty, and tastes fresh. I love how some of the vegetables are soft in the chicken chow mein, yet other veggies are still crunchy. The egg drop wonton soup is truly the best I've ever had. In fact, I'm eating it right now. My only wish is they add spare ribs to the menu. *fingers crossed*“

“Very good place for cheap "Chinese" food. Consistency throughout the chain makes this a good and safe choice., although occasionally Kung Pao can be extremely spicy. Personally, adding hot oil instead of szechuan peppers would give greater control over the heat levels.“

“I came in for a quick lunch and to get some work done on my phone and enjoyed both the food and environment. It was clean, quick, and delicious. “Came in on Mother’s Day & it was absolutely slammed. I watched a little Asian lady take the orders of a heavy line of people, never asked for tips, never complained, had a good attitude and kept up with the heavy flow of people. It was incredibly impressive. Fantastic customer service. I’ve definitely been thinking about her attitude all this week and how if she can do that I can go about my day with a better attitude.
