The Love’s has McD’s and Subway.. been there done that a million times, amirite? “As someone who didn’t order the buffet, I liked my experience. I ordered plain lo mein & egg fried rice, and when I say it came in under 5 minutes, it did. I thought the food was flavorful, even without veggies/meat, though the sauce for the lo mein could use a little more oomph. Nothing was burnt or over/undercooked.

All of the employees were polite and sweet, I liked the decor, and it seemed very clean in here. There was one woman who was very attentive about cleaning tables and the floor whenever someone left. It’s a little bit of a drive, though I’d make the trip again.“

“This is the best Chinese food in Indianapolis. I have tried a few, but I told the girlfriend who lives in Avon about this place. She noted that the general Tsao's chicken is especially tender and juicy even after being well cooked.
The loan made noodles are cooked with either a duck or peanut sauce. That's right no vegetable oil here.

“I stopped at this location the other day, always on the search for a good local Chinese place when I'm in a new town. I can say that I was very happy with the experience that I had. The food was all cooked fresh and had great flavor, and the portion size was more than enough. This will be on my radar now anytime I'm in the area.“

Server was cutting green beans our whole time there another worker ended up telling her we were ready to go. It was $22 total for my lunch buffet and drink. “This was my first time at Peking. I liked their online order system. We ordered cashew chicken and Szechuan chicken combo meals. I was able to touch the drop down box on the fried rice, and change it to white rice. The only drawback on the online menu is that it doesn't give the ingredients.
The order was ready when I arrived, about 20 minutes later. The lady at the counter was friendly.
The pork egg rolls that came with the combo meals were delicious. Not greasy, but crispy and good flavor.
My wife thought the cashew chicken was just okay, but better when she added soy sauce. She was surprised that the chicken pieces were lightly breaded. She would have preferred it without the breading.
I ordered a small hot and sour soup. It was very good. The Szechuan chicken was also tasty, with the right amount of heat.
Overall, I think the portions are plentiful and a good value for the money. We will be back.“

“My 89 year old mother absolutely loves the chicken noodle soup. She enjoys a mug full everyday and is never tired of it. I ask for a low sodium version and they make it happen. I'm hooked on shrimp with veggies they make for me. Also love the dumplings, egg rolls and many other dishes. It's my favorite place to get really good Chinese food.“
