“so ill try to be as honest as possible here
its difficult to rate the food, they are decent food, definitely not consistent though, sometimes its fire sometimes its just alright.
some reviews say it had a lot of breading and sometimes that is the case but sometiems not so much
all in all, they compensate for this by sheer volume you definitely get alot of food for the price especially in todays economy. maybe the quality of the food depends on their delivery days or prep days etc

the crab ragoon hits every time though idk waht people talking about soggy. theyre fire and they give a generous amount every time.

I still give it 4 stars, and if they ever went away I would definitely be sad.

the service is hard to say as well. I asked questions sometimes im not sure what the item is, and they struggle to explain it to me it seems. all in all though this isnt a major turnoff. I order take out usually because the atmosphere is kind of small. no problem though. I do wish they put chop sticks in the bag though sometimes I get home and realize I forgot to grab it“

“I moved to Westfield in June & have tried several Chinese food places. This will definitely be my go-to spot! The woman who answers the phone and is usually present when I pick up my order is very friendly. Orders have always been correct and fast. I have tried all my favorites: shrimp with lobster sauce; chicken chow mein; steamed dumplings; pork egg roll; roast pork lo mein; chicken w/ broccoli; egg drop wonton soup; pork fried rice. Everything has great flavor without being overly salty, and tastes fresh. I love how some of the vegetables are soft in the chicken chow mein, yet other veggies are still crunchy. The egg drop wonton soup is truly the best I've ever had. In fact, I'm eating it right now. My only wish is they add spare ribs to the menu. *fingers crossed*“

“I put in a mobile order and it said like 20 minutes. It was ready in about 5. I selected a drink on the order but they gave me my cup instead of having it ready. I actually liked that better because I got something else. Everything was hot and delicious. Go here!“

This location is CONSISTENTLY serving the smallest portions relative to every other panda. It’s a shame. I’ll probably reroute to the location on 37. It’s consistently less. “Got food delivered not too far about 5 to 10 miles, it was hot. Not warm. Hot.(tells you alot about service) And it tasted good, fresh even, fried rice had good flavor and was loaded with meat got some in every bite, scallops were cooked perfectly along with the potstickers did i mention the food was hot? Even the fortune cookies were good. I would say prices are reasonable especially compared to similar, lower quality restaurants. “We ordered dinner from here tonight. The staff were friendly and the food was great. The chicken lo mein was probably the most flavorful of any restaurant I’ve tried. The General Tso’s chicken and crab rangoon were also very good. The fried rice wasn’t the best, but it was better than the fried rice from most quick service Chinese restaurants.“

“Came in on Mother’s Day & it was absolutely slammed. I watched a little Asian lady take the orders of a heavy line of people, never asked for tips, never complained, had a good attitude and kept up with the heavy flow of people. It was incredibly impressive. Fantastic customer service. I’ve definitely been thinking about her attitude all this week and how if she can do that I can go about my day with a better attitude. Oh & for two people with drinks & food we found it to be more affordable than McDonalds. Well done!“

While the line was moving slow, it wasnt for lack of service but rather some obnoxious customers who's behavior was beyond rude and inconsiderate.

The type of people you occasionally cross paths with and question whether societies doing well.
