I never had pepper steak and rice before but I definitely enjoyed it. I ordered inside and had a reasonable wait. The restaurant is pretty inside with nize booths. The staff is so nice & willing to answer questions. The lunch specials are great only 6.99 a meal comes with an egg roll & I forgot the other option.Dietary restrictions: The menu made it clear which dishes are spicy for those who avoid it.
I placed my order online before opening hours with no trouble and asked for noon pickup. I only waited a few minutes when I arrived, I'm guessing because I'd ordered Mongolian beef and typically that isn't made ahead of time. The restaurant was simply decorated and clean and had a good atmosphere. The lady who helped us was pleasant. The couple that runs the store are not rude. Never have they ever been rude to me. Food is good. Noticeable uncleanliness, which is probably why they have a C rating. Kind of dirty on the inside especially when you look back into the kitchen
