“I've recently started going to this one after visiting the 96th Meridian one for years. Construction makes my regular location impossible and frustrating to get to. But I've had very lovely experiences every time I've pulled through this location's drive thru! My drink is always correct, they're always so friendly (and not in an overtly annoying way at 7am..) and kind, and it's always so fast. I probably will continue to come to this location in the long term!“

“Hannah is the best and so friendly! If you order from her, you’ll immediately notice her vivid purple hair dyed for cystic fibrosis awareness which her four yo niece has. She’s definitely passionate about giving outstanding service and spreading awareness to people about cystic fibrosis as a promise to her little niece. ❤️“

“This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. The place is always clean, comfortable, and has such a nice and relaxing atmosphere. I really like that they have both indoor and outdoor seating, and the drive-thru is very convenient as well. The indoor seating area is especially nice if you want to sit, enjoy your coffee, or just spend some quiet time.

The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and provide great customer service. The location is also very convenient and easy to access. Overall, it’s a beautiful and comfortable Starbucks with a peaceful atmosphere, great service, and plenty of seating. Definitely one of my favorite spots to grab a coffee and relax. “I go to Starbucks frequently. The folks that work there are always friendly. They really appreciate ordering ahead of time using the app. However, the app is not always up to par. The coffee and food are delicious. Very enjoyable healthier options.“

“Hi! I've been going to this starbucks since before it was remodeled. My father used to be the district manager over this starbucks and a few others. This starbucks has always been my favorite though. It feels like a second home to me. The staff get so excited when I come in which really makes my day. They do an excellent job making sure everyone feels welcomed and safe. The only downside I can really think of about this starbucks is actually quite funny. The staff have coined this "Frappuccino Friday". This is when all the neighboring middleschoolers (there is quite a few) flock to this starbucks on Friday between around 3:00-5:00 . It gets super loud and crazy. So much so that they have to ask to see your receipt to confirm purchases. The staff however make it work. I still am trying to figure out how because if I was in that position- I wouldn't last 5 minutes. Fantastic starbucks <3

“Food and atmosphere was great , customer service could be better. Everyone walked off when it was my turn at the counter and no one acknowledged me. Finally someone asked had I been helped. And she was very nice and had wonderful customer service. This happened today 8/20 around 8:30am.“

“We stopped by the Starbucks inside Meijer and had such a genuinely great experience, it left us both in a wonderful mood.

The location is spotless and feels brand new, with a clean, fresh vibe that’s rare to find inside grocery stores. Everything was organized and welcoming.

We ordered a Dragon Fruit Lemonade and one of the new iced coffee specials, both were refreshing and delicious. But what truly stood out was the service.

We were helped by a man (stylish and full of positive energy!) who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He noticed the print on my husband’s T-shirt and struck up a friendly conversation, it felt like chatting with a neighbor, not just placing an order.

That kind of genuine human interaction is rare nowadays. So often, you feel like people are going through the motions, but here we felt seen, appreciated, and uplifted. The whole team created such a warm, personal vibe.

Highly recommend this location, not just for great coffee, but for the people who make it a joy to visit.“

“10/10 Starbucks, I had a mobile order and when I pulled up I realized there was a spider in my car. Trying not to cry I ask if one of them would kill it, sure enough the wonderful young woman in the drive thru window came outside and got it for me. I believe her name was Lana but I could be wrong. Anyway definitely a life saver😭❤ she needs a raise!“
