“I want to give a shout out to Eric and Colleen. My sister and I stopped in to get one of the holiday drinks. When we got home and began to drink our gingerbread latte, we both noticed there was no gingerbread flavor to it all. When I called and spoke to the manager Eric he was kind enough to offer remakes of our coffee even though I told him it wasn’t necessary. I just wanted to make sure they would not to forget for the next person. He said if we were able to come back they would remake the drinks. We went back and was greeted by Colleen who was so sweet and remade our drinks even upgrading to a larger size and they taste Great! . My sister and I Appreciate the Great Service at this location and will definitely be back ❤️“
