“It’s no wonder this is my daughter’s favorite Starbucks. The staff is kind and considerate. All I wanted today was a pup cup for my dog who was stressed out by a nail appointment. At the drive-up window I met Brittany. She made me feel valued. She reaffirmed some of the decisions I’ve made. I won’t go into details, but let’s just say we both left our encounter a bit teary-eyed, and my dog was much happier as well. I called the manager, Nathan, and shared, but I wanted you to know too. I’m all for supporting local, but this particular store displays that same feel. Thanks, Brittany and Nathan! I’ll be back. 😊“

“Lid had to be taken off to put in sugar and cream into cold brew. Half of coffee spilled because of lud on cup- does not come off easily at all- it's great if you aren't adding anything to coffee. Sucks if you are. Lid broke! The barista said it happens all the time. Poor design!“

“By far the best, cleanest Starbucks I've ever been in. It's on the 1st floor of an office or hotel building, and is clean and quiet. Has a very nice, small patio outside if you want to watch the traffic. Starbucks discontinued my favorite drink when they 'simplified' their menu. I was mentioning that to the manager when he introduced himself to me, and he simply said 'Hey no problem, we can still make that for you, it just rings up as something else' and had no problem making it. Great guy and super friendly, and went out of his way to make something Starbucks no longer technically offers. I will absolutely be back to this location and highly recommend it.“

“We wanted to sit outside and the music was too loud for conversation. We asked them to turn it down and they were happy to. Plus my decaf mocha was creamy and tasty. A good place!
8/3/26 change to my review:
Stopped for quick bfast and the patio was a pit! Trash on the floor and tables, puddles on the floor from rain three days ago, and music was loud again, at 8:30 am. Do they think it's a trash disco? People want a nice place to sit and drink coffee!

and sometimes they're super busy, but often I walk in when they not busy and still wait. like today - ordered in store, then waited 17 minutes for my latte, when there were only two drinks ahead of me and one person came through the drive through in that time. there were 5 staff members behind the counter. 🤷‍♀️ wasn't angry, but was a good example of how slowly this branch tends to move. would suggest a different location if you're in a hurry. otherwise, it's nice!“

“Asked for a little extra strawberry puree on the inside of my cup & got like an inch of puree in the bottom of my cup making the drink way too tart. The gal at the windows was telling me its hard to pour, seriously? The experience is just sad as ive ordered my drink there before the same way & it was perfect. All else was good and my egg bites were delicious.“

I also had a great experience speaking with the coffeehouse leader, J.G., who truly goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy and that drink quality is on point. “Barista was so nice and had such a positive attitude it was very refreshing. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen anyone so happy to be at work lol. - store was clean attitudes were good
But there’s mores
My gingerbread chai tasted awful the barista behind the counter kept smelling the oatmilk, weird to I don’t think that’s very sanitary either. There was no foam or ginger on top it was like my drink order wasn’t even heard at first.
I asked for a remake but it seemed like it was an inconvenience for the barista in general.
The remake did taste extremely better and was the drink i ordered at first. Thank you for making it right !“

“This morning, I visited this beautiful and quiet Starbucks branch and had a wonderful experience that truly made my day.

I ordered an Americano coffee (Venti size) along with a Cheese Danish and a Cinnamon Coffee Cake, both warmed to perfection. Everything was fresh, delicious, and served exactly how I like it.

What stood out the most was the friendly and welcoming attitude of the staff. They greeted me with warm smiles that instantly brightened my morning. It’s always a pleasure to start the day with great coffee and kind people.

“I’ve never gotten food here, but I have purchased beverages. Today, I got a hot grande hazelnut oatmilk latte. I don’t remember the barista’s name, but they made me the best hazelnut latte that I’ve ever had. My last foster mom (God rest her soul) always drank hazelnut coffee. I’ve been smelling hazelnut for a few weeks now as though she’s sending me her spirit to let me know that she’s ok. I walked into this location today and saw an iced hazelnut oatmilk shaken espresso on the menu. I asked if I could get it hot since it’s chilly out. The lady at the register said that I could get something similar hot and I said ok. The service at this location is always amazing! Keep up the great work everyone!!“

“It's not a bad place, but inside a Kroger , there is no sign for you on the outside of the store. Also, where i was staying that had up a pop-up sign to direct you that way and doesn't tell you where it is, just an arrow, no follow-up signs. And nowhere to park once you get to the store if you are just going for coffee.“

“Amazing service every time. This location is ON IT. I’ve pulled into the drive through line with at least 12 cars ahead of me and was already getting my drink in under 5-8 minutes. They really push through the weather to come in to make sure we all get our amazing coffee.“

“Fresh review, around 10 minutes ago I ordered a large smores frappe! Along with the venti strawberry cardiac refresher for my granddaughter! The woman helping me was a middle aged white woman who knew what she was doing with experience and class, made my drinks for me and my granddaughter in less than 3 minutes with perfect sizes! It’s genuine, inclusive, and one of the many reasons this store stands out.

The customer service is consistently outstanding. The team is friendly, professional, and always seems to remember that a simple smile or kind word can make someone’s day better. Even when they’re busy, orders are handled quickly and accurately, and the staff does an incredible job keeping things moving without making customers feel rushed.

“Love the people here but for some reason they only had two shots of espresso to their Venti iced lattes compared to every other Starbucks that does three. Maybe it’s a mistake in training and it could be confused since venti hot lattes get two. Unfortunately, it kind of ruins it though. Their ice lattes here taste like milk with coffee flavor:(. Staff is great though and they’re super fast! If they fix this one day, I’ll definitely change it to five stars!“

“I went through the Drive-Thru and ordered a hot Pecan Latte. It was smooth, rich, and perfectly made. I usually get a hot Caramel Macchiato, but I’m really glad I tried this one. The flavor was delicious and comforting. I thought it might be closed because of the hours, but luckily it was open. Great service and great coffee!“

“The Starbucks app said my mobile order was “ready,” but when I arrived, they never even made it. I stood there waiting while employees overlooked my order completely. Only after I asked again did they realize the drink was never started and had to make it from scratch.

As a paramedic, my time is valuable. If a mobile order says “ready,” it should actually be ready. The service was unorganized, the wait time was ridiculous, and this location seems way too busy to properly manage online orders.

If you place a mobile order here, don’t expect it to actually be ready when you arrive.“

“The entire staff was very friendly and precessional. Autumn was great.I purchased a travel tumbler. But when I walked to my car, filled with my coffee, the tumbler leaked badly. “Sad to see low reviews here. I fly in and out of Indy a few times a year, usually catching a 6am flight and I am in line at Starbucks. The staff are diligent and work hard and fast. The line is full of extremely crabby, demanding passengers who are blaming staff for a long line, the fact that they had to get up and haven't had their first cup of caffeine, etc. Congrats ladies for having a good mood, working hard and not letting us passengers change your work ethic or attitude. She had the best attitude; she was so nice to people despite the huge line and was on top of making all the food and drinks. Plus, it was the best brown sugar shaken espresso I've ever had. “I didn’t get food so that’s why I left it blank. I came to this starbuck’s for the first time since November to get a coffee. The crew, Benjamin and I didn’t get the girl’s name, were super awesome! I got the iced horchata oatmilk shaken espresso. It’s way better that I thought it would be. I knew that I would like it because I love horchata, but I don’t drink it often as I’m lactose intolerant.
