“This is the best Starbucks location I’ve ever visited. The entire staff is incredibly kind and friendly and customer service is on a level you rarely encounter nowadays. Special shout out to Brody who offered me a cup of whipped cream the other day for my toddler when he realized we were having a rough day!“

“I went to this location today. The customer service was wonderful. My daughter's matcha and my matcha were made perfectly by the young man working. At this point I am fighting going back again for another round. I usually write reviews to criticize, but it's important to give positive reviews even for the franchises that are frequented often. “I'm having a rough time mentally and just wanted to say that the positive attitude in this Starbucks this morning was really nice. I used to be a barista, among other service-type jobs I've had, and it's not necessarily easy to project positivity and kindness in that kind of role. I really appreciated it.“

“The two gentleman working this morning are doing a great job managing a completely full store. The online orders were a lot and there were quite a few of us in person orders and they did a great job managing the flow. Especially for only two people working here. Food was hot and coffee was great. I do have to say to Starbucks corporate that they should look at bringing another member on during these busy trade show mornings here in Indy.“

“staff are friendly and coffee/food to be expected for Starbucks. but definitely the SLOWEST one I've been to in the city. pretty consistently.
and sometimes they're super busy, but often I walk in when they not busy and still wait. like today - ordered in store, then waited 17 minutes for my latte, when there were only two drinks ahead of me and one person came through the drive through in that time. there were 5 staff members behind the counter. 🤷‍♀️ wasn't angry, but was a good example of how slowly this branch tends to move. would suggest a different location if you're in a hurry. otherwise, it's nice!“

“Asked for a little extra strawberry puree on the inside of my cup & got like an inch of puree in the bottom of my cup making the drink way too tart. The gal at the windows was telling me its hard to pour, seriously? The experience is just sad as ive ordered my drink there before the same way & it was perfect. All else was good and my egg bites were delicious.“

My gingerbread chai tasted awful the barista behind the counter kept smelling the oatmilk, weird to I don’t think that’s very sanitary either. There was no foam or ginger on top it was like my drink order wasn’t even heard at first.
I asked for a remake but it seemed like it was an inconvenience for the barista in general.
The remake did taste extremely better and was the drink i ordered at first. Thank you for making it right !“

“I’ve never gotten food here, but I have purchased beverages. Today, I got a hot grande hazelnut oatmilk latte. I don’t remember the barista’s name, but they made me the best hazelnut latte that I’ve ever had. My last foster mom (God rest her soul) always drank hazelnut coffee. I’ve been smelling hazelnut for a few weeks now as though she’s sending me her spirit to let me know that she’s ok. I walked into this location today and saw an iced hazelnut oatmilk shaken espresso on the menu. I asked if I could get it hot since it’s chilly out. The lady at the register said that I could get something similar hot and I said ok. The service at this location is always amazing! Keep up the great work everyone!!“

“Spacious Starbucks in the heart of downtown Indy, located on the ground floor of a building on main drag Meridian, just south of Monument Circle. (Fairly close to Gainbridge Fieldhouse.) Plenty of seating in the interior w/ ample standing space for the morning rush. Excellent sound system (space helps the sound fill the space w/out drowning out conversation). Great service!“

“I always have a positive experience with the morning crew at this Starbucks! They’re quick, efficient, and super friendly, and they consistently make my drink extra good. I also had a great experience speaking with the coffeehouse leader, J.G., who truly goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy and that drink quality is on point. “This is my favorite Starbucks in the area! They are always quick with their orders, even when it’s busy. Even though there isn’t a drive thru, it’s convenient with the back parking and in a great location. The service is also excellent.

Parking: There is a free parking lot in the back which is really convenient!“

“This morning, I visited this beautiful and quiet Starbucks branch and had a wonderful experience that truly made my day.

I ordered an Americano coffee (Venti size) along with a Cheese Danish and a Cinnamon Coffee Cake, both warmed to perfection. Everything was fresh, delicious, and served exactly how I like it.

What stood out the most was the friendly and welcoming attitude of the staff. They greeted me with warm smiles that instantly brightened my morning. It’s always a pleasure to start the day with great coffee and kind people.

“It's not a bad place, but inside a Kroger , there is no sign for you on the outside of the store. Also, where i was staying that had up a pop-up sign to direct you that way and doesn't tell you where it is, just an arrow, no follow-up signs. And nowhere to park once you get to the store if you are just going for coffee.“

“This is the best service I have received at a Starbucks. The lady behind the counter greeted me kindly with a smile. My order was ready quickly, and there was a small mistake, but I pointed it out and was greeted with an apology and a quick fix. My drink was delicious.“

“My partner and I ordered two venti drinks, and both were really good no complaints really. We came in later at night around 8 PM after our Christmas photoshoot, and the service was still pretty good.

I’ve been coming to the Starbucks on Mass Ave for years, and one of the things that keeps me coming back is the culture they’ve built. This location has long been a place where everyone feels welcome, and their support for the LGBTQ+ community isn’t just something you see during Pride Month; it’s part of the atmosphere year-round. It’s genuine, inclusive, and one of the many reasons this store stands out.

The customer service is consistently outstanding. The team is friendly, professional, and always seems to remember that a simple smile or kind word can make someone’s day better. Even when they’re busy, orders are handled quickly and accurately, and the staff does an incredible job keeping things moving without making customers feel rushed.

What impresses me most is the character of the people who work here. I’ve personally seen employees go out of their way to help those who are struggling, whether it’s offering kindness, dignity, or simply treating everyone with respect. That speaks volumes about the type of people Starbucks has at this location.

“Love the people here but for some reason they only had two shots of espresso to their Venti iced lattes compared to every other Starbucks that does three. “Located w/in the Hyatt, this Starbucks is a quick few minutes jaunt from the Convention Center, through the connected skywalk. Plenty of space to sit and enjoy your coffee - the pleasant huge hotel lobby is available. Quick service, pleasant staff.“

“The entire staff was very friendly and precessional. Autumn was great.I purchased a travel tumbler. But when I walked to my car, filled with my coffee, the tumbler leaked badly. I took it back and Autumn helped me to find another one. Then, she made me another coffee in the new tumbler with a smile.“

“Went around 5 minutes before close and got a venti white mocha frappe! The barista or lead manager was so kind and complemented my pink coat which I got at Ross! Pink is my fave color and they had lot of merchandise of pink things. The baristas were very speedy even if the time crunch of 5 minutes before close and were so kind! “The Starbucks app said my mobile order was “ready,” but when I arrived, they never even made it. I stood there waiting while employees overlooked my order completely. Only after I asked again did they realize the drink was never started and had to make it from scratch.

As a paramedic, my time is valuable. If a mobile order says “ready,” it should actually be ready. The service was unorganized, the wait time was ridiculous, and this location seems way too busy to properly manage online orders.

If you place a mobile order here, don’t expect it to actually be ready when you arrive.“

“Sad to see low reviews here. I fly in and out of Indy a few times a year, usually catching a 6am flight and I am in line at Starbucks. The staff are diligent and work hard and fast. The line is full of extremely crabby, demanding passengers who are blaming staff for a long line, the fact that they had to get up and haven't had their first cup of caffeine, etc. Congrats ladies for having a good mood, working hard and not letting us passengers change your work ethic or attitude. Drinks are made well, right, fast and with great attitude.“

“Love the people. Love this location. Lyndsie is pretty awesome. She is the store manager. She is real great runs a good store with a great team. Hired alot of new faces. This place is always busy but get your drinks very fast. And if there is a problem, don't hesitate to have them fix it. You pay a lot for your drinks and they should be exactly how you like them. Love that because this location gets that. They remind me all the time. You like your drink how you like your drink. You pay almost $6 bucks it should be exactly how u want it. “I didn’t get food so that’s why I left it blank. I came to this starbuck’s for the first time since November to get a coffee. The crew, Benjamin and I didn’t get the girl’s name, were super awesome! I got the iced horchata oatmilk shaken espresso. It’s way better that I thought it would be. I knew that I would like it because I love horchata, but I don’t drink it often as I’m lactose intolerant.
