Today, January 30th I was in the drive-thru at 11:45. I watched a few cars order, and then when I pulled up, nobody said anything. I waited about 5 minutes, thinking they were just short staffed..... 5 more minutes passed, and they just turned off the drive-thru sign and turned off all the lights. If you need to close fine, but at least have the decency to tell the customer waiting in the drive-thru.

This Starbucks Coffee Company location is a favorite for many. The staff is phenomenal, very friendly, and well organized. One regular of 15 or 20 years retired and the team remembered it was their last early morning visit. Another guest received legendary service when a barista consolidated gift cards and made an awesome soy hazelnut mocha. The staff recognizes regulars and drinks are always perfectly made to order, even with several modifications. Mobile orders usually have no wait. The happy hour bogo special drinks were made quickly and correctly by knowledgeable staff. The location has decent parking and is easy to find. It is not that busy between 8-9AM, making it easy to grab a to-go order. Drinks are always ready on time and the friendly staff says "hello." Even when the app had a problem, a barista checked and got the order right away.
