Employees are rude every time I go through drive thru. They are all rude, Especially the two older ladies . I thought it was just me until I read the other reviews. I frequent this location as it is on my commute to work. Most of the time the service is "fine" and the drinks are good, however when they do make a mistake and it is brought to their attention it is never a pleasant experience. For starters they ALWAYS try to deny what they did wrong and make the client "wrong." Also, they are inconsistent when it comes to how/when you should report mistakes and the methods and timeframes in which your drink can be remade. As much money as I spend there it's ridiculous the service received when THEY mess up my full price order.

Delicious breakfast food but for the love of God, stop having me run my own card and asking on screen for a tip! Tips are for sit down table service at a restaurant, NOT a drive thru or walk up counter service! The folks at McDs or BK don't ask for tips! WTH?

Poor girl was making EVERY DRINK by herself this morning while others stood around with hands in pockets talking and laughing. Watching her but not helping. Definitely not used to that with the usual wonderful teamwork team I see almost daily. Really made me upset for the only one working!! Hats off to her!! Traders point
