There has to be a way to prevent the customer from ordering through the mobile ap if the store will not be open!!
Hate having already paid for my stuff..walk to the door and it locked. They just look at you. Then there is the inconvenience of sitting is a super slow line.. while they make drinks for people who ordered after you. Always happens here. It is convenient..poor poor service most times out of 10.
Ordered my Drink on line. Got to the store and it’s curbside or drive thru only. Already ordered online. Tried to check in but didn’t let me. Went to the door and just got the “Go Thru” drive thru signal with her hand. Called the store and she acted like she didn’t have my order. “Did you check in”? No it would not let me!
