Great service for how busy this Starbucks is. Employees are friendly and work well even while under a lot of pressure. They know how to make a London fog latte right, unlike some other locations or different coffee shops. They do a great job overall, this is my go to Starbucks as a student nearby.
This place is a hub for all healthcare workers before they go into work! Very busy but work at an efficient pace. I come here a lot and today I ordered a grande Iced vanilla latte. The coffee beans tasted burnt. Overly burnt. It seems with the foot traffic, the quality has gone down. The baristas are really nice though. My grandson gets a complicated order and they always get it right and out of all the Starbucks that we've been to, this place makes it the best. The staff is very kind and quick with making your order. The atmosphere is so joyful. When my grandson walked in, another customer standing at the register said hey and asked how he was. Very cozy and welcoming.
