The staff is great, the food is good (when they have it) however the management is so bad. Doesn’t matter if you show up before open, mid day, or close. They will be out of something on the line. I believe this is due to poor prep by management. How are you going to be out of steak and chicken right at opening? Stopped in for a to go order. Fast, reasonably friendly, and fresh. Just a thought, but real smiles to customers could go a long way. Not one person smiled to me or anyone else there. I find that extremely odd.
