Cross contamination. I do not eat meet at all. I ordered veggie sofritas salad bowl. There wasn’t enough salad in the bowl and I found meat.The sour cream had pieces of corn in it. The counter was not clean

They didn't have no food in the containers Chipotle was basically empty of people they was rude to me I asked for spicy sauce and the cashier went in the back then she came up and look in the front in the refrigerator she was getting ready to give it to me and the girl told her not to because I kept asking four different food they didn't have ready. one of the girls got smart with me because the cashier went and got me some chicken I got home and it was burnt

Stopped in for a to go order. Fast, reasonably friendly, and fresh. Just a thought, but real smiles to customers could go a long way. Not one person smiled to me or anyone else there. I find that extremely odd.

The staff is great, the food is good (when they have it) however the management is so bad. Doesn’t matter if you show up before open, mid day, or close. They will be out of something on the line. I believe this is due to poor prep by management. How are you going to be out of steak and chicken right at opening? If it’s because of catering how come as a manager you didn’t give instructions to prep accordingly. Why not look at sales from the previous year to estimate the amount of food you need that day. Overall just poor management always out of something. ALWAYS.
