I love this location. I'm surprised ready all the complaints. The few times something was missing, I have called and they have responded very quickly. I have never waited 50 minutes for a delivery. I am very pleased. The customer services is really exceptional.
I ordered online at 10:39 AM for Delivery at 11:45 AM I did the Tracking to see where it was and it said Reorder. So, I called at 12:00 Noon and asked what happened to my order and was told it was Out for Delivery. I waited till 12:15 and called Again and was told the Manger Just handed her my order and it would be going out for Delivery. I told them so you LIED to ME, That's Fabulous Customer Service to Cancel my order and give me a refund as I don't have 2-3 days to sit here...read full review
The slowest JJ ive ever encountered. Ive learned my lesson this time! Its not great business when I place my order an hour or more ahead of time and its an hour late!
