Starbucks in Bloomington

“I always come here early in the morning and the people working the window brighten my day. Especially the male cashier with brown hair (sorry I didn't catch his name!), I always leave the drive thru with a smile and it really helps set my day of work up for success. Also, all the drinks are hot and always made correctly. This is definitely the best Starbucks in Bloomington, thanks for always making my morning!“

“I go to a Starbucks every day, and almost without exception, the food, drinks, service, and atmosphere are excellent. Starbucks has clearly worked very hard to create a uniform, consistent, and non-negotiable requirement that their employees be friendly, approachable, answer questions politely, provide excellent customer service, while also serving high quality products. The difference is obvious when you compare say your average trip to McDonald's or Wendy's to your daily trip to Starbucks. Without fail, Starbucks will outshine them all every time. I've never worked there, but I imagine it's ingrained in their corporate values, because it shines through.
I also enjoy their inclusiveness. I have a son who has special needs, and I let him order for himself, and he's always treated with respect. They also support the LGBTQIA+ community, and that is important. Further they are an environmentally friendly company.
If I might make one suggestion, it would be to promote using your own cup more frequently. I didnt know that was an option or how to do it until I read about the 2x stars for it in the app, and asked for more info in the store. Maybe bc Im old (Gen X), that i didn't get it, but if I were in Starbucks's upper management, I would push that.“

“This Starbucks is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! The staff is so warm and friendly. They all know your name and they all make incredible drinks! From the Manager Harper Who leads the door with a “we’ve got this team” attitude. And managers like Luna who wears every hat in the store but still finds time to talk to regulars.
The barista staff including Sam, Adam, and Ally whose expertise in refined drinks like latte’s and pour overs are works of art! To Liv, Emma, Kylie and Andre, who always have a delicious drink suggestion, word of encouragement on your cup or even a song suggestion! Other great teammates like Eellaa, Donovan, Gwen, Sophia,Sky, Pitaya and the Chris’s keep the cafe lively with spirited conversation that makes your coffee trip more like a visit with friends. This team brightens your day and did I mention the coffee is DELICIOUS“

“I recently visited the Kroger Starbucks, and I must say it was an outstanding experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. I ordered a caramel macchiato, and it was perfectly crafted—rich, creamy, and just the right amount.

I also appreciated the cleanliness of the area and how well-organized everything was. Plus, it’s convenient to grab a snack or grocery items while enjoying a delicious coffee.

Overall, I highly recommend this Starbucks to anyone looking for a great coffee experience. Whether you're a regular or just passing through, you won't be disappointed!“

“Great, delicious drinks! Roland was nice when ringing up my order. It made me uncomfortable that the baristas were making jokes about peoples’ drink orders and jokingly tripping each other as people are in a rush to continue their errands, day, or work. I’m thankful Hudson was able to find a spill stopper for me, but I was almost sent off without a drink carrier. Thankfully the boys found some hiding in the back, but I was initially told they were out. Great drinks, but customer service professionalism could be improved.“

“I love this Starbucks because the staff is so friendly. They always help out when I'm missing a drink pick up and even when one of my friends forgot to send in an order, they prepared it as soon as she did. You can go to any Starbucks to get coffee but the staff here are fantastic and keep me coming back.“

“Most of the time this Starbucks is really great. Customer service is pretty good, and aside from the loud music the atmosphere is really nice. My main problems recently have been with food. The last three times I’ve gone, I’ve either had an item made incorrectly or they forgot it until I asked. Today I ordered ahead and got two identical sandwiches, and it was supposed to be ready when I got to campus. When I arrived, everything else was made except for one sandwich. Whoever was working that station is not paying attention because I ended up not getting that second sandwich until after 20-25 mins of waiting. Additionally, I watched about 5-6 other people have to ask about their order because they were missing items too. I understand it’s busy and I normally can wait, but there’s no reason why MULTIPLE orders should be missing items from the same station. some staff need more training before being put on the floor“
