“My wife and I have been to this Starbucks location several times when staying in the area. She always likes the chai tea cuz it's made pretty well and the scones that were in the picture are always pretty tasty. The service is good and we ordered online this time and the order was all ready to go ahead of time and the person in behind the counter wished me a good day. Always come by this location when staying in the area“

After going to the Starbucks on Johnathan Moore Pike twice and getting awful drinks, we went all the way to the other side of town to the Starbucks on N. Natl. Tyler at the drive thru here provided exceptional customer service from taking our order and when handing us what we ordered. Having worked in customer service for years and seeing good customer service has disappeared in almost all retail and food service, it made my day for us to receive such a positive experience. Please have this person teach others customer service and tell him and all the staff thank you! The drinks and the food were all perfect and as expected. Worth the drive to the other side of town.
Usually the better location to get your drink in this particular area. Drinks are usually made correctly, employees are usually pleasant, and service is usually timely.“
