“I made a quick stop at this Starbucks to grab a drink on our drive from Indy to Louisville. This store had a lot of outdoor seating area in front of the store. Inside the store, it was super nice, cozy seating area, long horizontal counter and pick up area, with their merchandise shelf in one corner. Their drive thru lane was also very popular. They had a lot of the bakery items on display. Most of the drinks were available as well.
I ordered my favorite drink chocolate chip cappuccino with whip cream. My daughter got a valentine cake pop that she ate up in minutes. Surprisingly I had to wait about 10 minutes to get my drink. But the drink was made well, liked the taste of it.“

After going to the Starbucks on Johnathan Moore Pike twice and getting awful drinks, we went all the way to the other side of town to the Starbucks on N. Natl. Tyler at the drive thru here provided exceptional customer service from taking our order and when handing us what we ordered. Having worked in customer service for years and seeing good customer service has disappeared in almost all retail and food service, it made my day for us to receive such a positive experience. Please have this person teach others customer service and tell him and all the staff thank you! The drinks and the food were all perfect and as expected. Worth the drive to the other side of town.
Usually the better location to get your drink in this particular area. Drinks are usually made correctly, employees are usually pleasant, and service is usually timely.“
