“Whew chile, this location be shaking (in other words busy). However, the service was fast, in my opinion, given the amount of people waiting in the drive-thru line. The employees were very nice and seemed to be handling the struggles that come with being busy very well. My go to order is a Bacon Gouda, Short Cafe Latte with 2 Pumps of Vanilla and 2 Stevia (they don't serve Sweet & Low anymore). At this time, the are only accepting orders via drive-thru and mobile pick up orders. I would recommend this location. Thank you for keeping us in the holiday spirit with your service.“

“I have visited this Starbucks for the last time. I order an ice coffee with nothing in it. It takes 15 seconds to make. I have waited 20 minutes to have someone finally ask what I am waiting for. Once they made it and sat it back by the sinks and dirty dishes. Today after 20 minutes the woman ask what I was waiting for and said sorry 3 times as she forgot to make it. Rude people, terrible service and a very negative environment. I will NEVER go back there again.Update: 8/9/23Things have changed...for the better! Service is much better. I know I said I would never go back...but my loving wife talked me into it. It's the closest Starbucks location to our home and so she gave it another try and convinced me to forgive and forget. Never say never.“
