“I really really used to enjoy STARBUCKS, IT JUST SEEMS LIKE NOW THERE NOT HAS HAPPY LIKE TEAM PLAYERS!! I'M REALLY DISAPPOINTED ☹️ I CAN EVEN TRY GETTING A CONVERSATION GOING AND THEIR JUST NOT INTO IT ARE MAYBE THEIR JUST NOT INTO WHAT I'M SAYING!! IT'S JUST NOT A GOOD

“Today was absolutely wonderful. I brought my mom and little girl in for a drink and treat. Had a lovely conversation at ordering with Chloe. We get our drinks, my daughter drops her cake pop so upset (we don't live near a Starbucks) miss Chloe was so pleasant and sweet and gave her another one. We were about to leave and my clumsy daughter dropped her pink drink all over the floor and didn't even get to drink it. I ask for mop, picked up as much ice as possible. I apologize and she was so sweet like it wasn't a bother at all. As a mom these scenarios can be terrible. I didn't expect for her to fix her a new drink, I said I'll pay for another one but insisted. That is wonderful customer service. Both girls were so polite. This establishment is very clean and well kept . Will definitely be back. What a great experience. I never see my mom, I live by Ohio. This could have been a bad day and wasted money but the little things keeps our day going. Thank you so much Chloe!! 😊“

“UPDATE: I DID COME BACK.. the staff is so kind. We had a conversation and she did let me know they have a few new baristas and are working on making sure they dont over foam the milk and get the quantity/quality correct. - thank you 😁 much better this time

I think i need to go back to local coffee shops. Paying over $8 for a coffee and getting a cup with 2 INCHES of room unfilled is unacceptable! They will tell you it because of the milk foam, but this drink.isnt supposed to have milk foam or I would have ordered without it! Do better Starbucks. You sure charge enough!!“

“I usually don’t get any sort of outstanding service from Starbucks baristas but today Mady was fantastic. I literally had to ask her for her name just to write this review. I hadn’t had the pink drink in a while and Mady’s skills made me ask myself why I don’t come to Starbucks more often. She was kind, funny, and very knowledgeable about the different types of drinks. SHE DESERVES 10 STARS. Because of her, I will definitely begin to purchase more drinks at this local target.“

“This location is very busy during peak times, much like this morning. The lady behind the counter worked diligently on cafe and mobile orders at the same time even tho she did not have any help for a short while. I frequently use mobile order and it's always right and done in about 10 minutes at this location, today I did wait a little longer, but it was really busy. She took the time to answer my questions and I didn't feel rushed to keep the line moving. She even used the coin change on the counter for my order so I didn't get a bunch of change back. This is a small kiosk with only one espresso machine and blender to make drinks, but they always come out delicious and taste better than other stores.“

“Friendly staff and fast service. Very attentive to order substitutions, unlike a few other places. Place wasn't busy when we walked in, but the line piled up quickly after us. Staff had no problem keeping up with orders. Drinks were delicious, too!“

“Had a great visit at this Starbucks, really tremendous, honestly. Some people say it’s the best Starbucks this side of Central Indiana, and after today, I can see why. Amarie gave truly top-notch, terrific service, the kind you don’t see every day. Overall, a fantastic stop!“
