I went thru the drive thru and ariana was so RUDE snactched the credit card port out of my hands never said hi never said thank you just RUDE i went around got out of my car and told the manager who was 12 years old so i'm sure nothing was done about it
Ordered my drink scanned my points/payment and waited for my drink. After 10 minutes I asked where my drink was they never finalized the payment and the person just laughed and said oops never visit this location.
Am order coffee no add carmel crunch mai pay extra already

Starbucks Coffee Company offers tasty drinks and is a very convenient location. The service is often fantastic, with baristas described as kind, polite, and helpful. Many staff provide top-notch, terrific service with wonderful smiles and positive energy that makes customers' days and mornings amazing. However, the lines are very slow regardless of length. There are also occasional issues with drink quality, as some drinks are only filled partway, which customers find ridiculous, prompting them to check before driving off.
