The restaurant has recently improved, with more consistent, warm, and thoughtfully prepared food that is in stock. The remodel looks nice, and customer service has been better. The Reuben sandwich had plenty of corned beef and wasn't soggy, while the curly fries were crispy and delicious. The drive-thru employee, David, correctly filled a large order for six people quickly, with everything hot and perfect. The classic beef and cheddar sandwich and brisket sandwich were tasty, although the jamocha shake was not quite the same as before. The restaurant is child-friendly, with nice workers, and wheelchair accessible with no steps. Despite seeing exhausted workers, the reviewer appreciated their hard work and suggested fair pay. The cheeseburger was so good that it put the reviewer to sleep. Overall, a positive experience with good food and service at Arby's.
