Do not recommend this Arby’s! Fries so over salted could not eat. Gave me the wrong sandwich . Soda was warm and had no ice. Worst Arby’s! Not worth wasting over 20 dollars for two people to eat!

The cashier Annette was rude and making faces at my coworker as he was turning around. She also was slamming drinks down onto the counter. Other customers noticed her attitude also. She was completely unprofessional. I understand people have bad days. I’ve had plenty but this was so over the top I had to leave a review.

Just left the drive-thru I've been sitting in for 10 minutes I tried to order a mint chocolate shake and I get told that the machine can only make vanilla right now not only that I was there in between happy hour the other day and was told that you guys do not honor happy hour anymore so there's another thing that I was unhappy about you guys used to be my favorite place to eat but now you're just a past memory for me I grew up on Arby's It's just sad to see that I can't get just a simple Shake anywhere anymore maybe if you do better I might come back but until then you're not changing my mind.

Forgot my drinks, had to ask for them. Forgot to take my payment. I shouldn't have said anything because overall service was a disappointment.They gave me curly fries instead of crinkle like I asked for. They kinda argued with me about it too until I had to pull out the fries to prove it. Then on top of that they were very cold. Not very pleased with my visit. They can do better than this...

Sat at the drive-thru window for 5 mins. No one ever came to the window. And never seen anyone in the kitchen. Not the first time.

After quoting 20 minutes on 4 sandwiches and fries, there was no offer to make things right for the wait. Food was sloppy and although we were,"waiting," for fries, we didn't get the fresh ones.

Consumer service was bad no personality no smiles. Had to ask for sauces after asked if I wanted any sauces. Food was cold got a beef and cheddar cheese was drenched in cheese sauce bun was falling apart. Fries and mozz sticks were also cold.

Me and my step dad went and eat there he got a brisket sandwich and I got a classic beef and cheddar sandwich they were good one thing I'm disappointed in is their jamocha shake doesn't taste anything like how they made it back in the day.Kid-friendliness: The workers there were very friendly and nice as can be it's a good place for a child because they ain't teaching the child bad things and their very nice.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no steps or anything in the way you can wheel right in no problem.

My children stopped by after a cross country meet. I physically seen 2 Gentleman working multiple stations looking exhausted. I mentioned I hope that over time pay is nice! Out of respect for the store and Arby's as a whole he just paused and changed the subject well working in Customer Service for over 20 years the was very classy on his part.I encourage Arby's to pay those that are grinding and sweating. Hard work is difficult to come by nowadays. Keep who have and put yourself in there shoes.This was not to tear down at all. Just an observation I noticed with the 2 men working last night. Hats off to you for being funny and acknowledging my children and encouraging them to work hard and do well! I got it!Cheeseburger was too good was sleep after he ate in minutes ? lolBlessings ??!

Scoot Amazing

This place was amazing. I went in thinking it be just a normal Arbys experience( which is usually good already), but the food here hands down the best Arbys ever. The food is delicious, the place was clean as can be. The workers were kind and patient. The manager David was a smart, resourceful man who treated people with respect and made me and my family feel welcomed.Vegetarian options: They have a large variety of food, and the management here is willing to go above and beyound to make sure everything is right for you.Dietary restrictions: The manager David here is top tier. He makes sure anything they can do, they will do for you.Parking: It has a wide parking area with tons of room to park.Kid-friendliness: My son had a blast here. The food was delicious, and he loved ringing the little bell. The staff had a great time making him laugh.Wheelchair accessibility: It has wheel chair ramps that lead right to the door.
