I normally have a good time here but this morning was my one exception, hence the 3 out of 5 stars. I ordered a venti carmel vibbon crunch Frappuccino and 2 banana nut bread slices, and I walked out with a carmel Frappuccino and 1 slice. They made my drink wrong twice but I've already been waiting 30 minutes, and I had to get to my shift at work, as I was now late for work. I love the evening workers, and will probably only get coffee here in evening
Friendly staff and fast service. Very attentive to order substitutions, unlike a few other places. Place wasn't busy when we walked in, but the line piled up quickly after us. Staff had no problem keeping up with orders. Drinks were delicious, too!

May be my first time coming here and last. I could barely hear the girl zoe talking and she had a nasty attitude as well. Don't expect people to know that you guys cant scan cards in the app if you've never been here. And don't expect people to know that it isnt touch screen. Horrible customer service.
