About Starbucks

This Starbucks is located at the IMU and is a great addition to the campus. The atmosphere is really nice, with plenty of seating and a full Starbucks menu. Customer service is pretty good, and the staff works efficiently to get orders out quickly. Drinks are always delicious. However, recent problems have been with food. Multiple orders have had missing items from the same station, with sandwiches made incorrectly or forgotten. One customer waited 20-25 minutes for a missing sandwich. Some staff need more training. A minor inconvenience is that this location does not take payment or points from the Starbucks app, requiring a credit card instead.
