Wonderfully seasoned, served over a bed of white rice. I would definitely get it again. My desert choice was the blueberry cheesecake. Scrumptious! The staff was very friendly and efficient. “This place ROCKS! I hosted a Senior Send Off event here in late April for a student organization I am involved in. Topo's easily exceeded all of my expectations. They were very easy and flexible to work with and willing to do what it takes to make my event a success. All of the staff is incredible as well. Throughout my event and for several days after, people were coming up to me and could not stop talking about how great the venue was. The venue stole the show in the best way possible! The interior is recently renovated but still holds an old, stately mansion feel. The back porch is beautiful and they have great seating and a nice fire. I would highly recommend Topo's to anyone looking for a venue. It truly took my event from good to great!”

“Dunkin Donuts in Bloomington Indiana sucks! They don't understand English. They will give you the wrong donuts. They sell stale donuts. When you get the wrong donuts through the drive thru and get home to find they screwed up your order they are rude and ill-mannered about fixing THEIR mistake. They actually want you to drive back their mistake so they can resale the donuts to another unsuspecting customer. You don't know where their donuts have been since they break the law by reselling these donuts people return to them. They don't have a sign at the drive thru, saying what kinds of donuts they have, So you have to describe them. Since they don't speak proper English they guess at what you are ordering. I don't know how they got powdered sugar from me saying chocolate icing. When you call them you can expect the run around and rudeness. Trust me when I say there are better gas station and grocery store donuts in Bloomington and from now on that is where I will get my donuts.”

“The woman manager with brown hair first shift I believe is incredible. She was super helpful to me and she is beyond kind. She is always hard working and kind. Very polite. The parking lot here can be a little congested and difficult but my food is always fresh and as long as that manager is working it's fast pace and food is warm and delivery is quick.”

“Two Stick's is an absolute treat. I was introduced to it by a colleague, and dropped in once to try it- and let me tell you, it was totally worth it! I am not a morning person, but I find myself planning early morning visits just to see what new menu item I can try. I don't prefer sweet menu items (and my colleague who got some sweet orders wasn't a fan), but the savoury items absolutely kick ass. Their Zucchini Pumpkin Goat Cheese Hand Pies are an delicious experience with every bite, and the fun part is you get to see them making more in the back. While I did mention the smaller sweet items (either too sweet or bready for my personal taste but still get over by 9am on working days) were not that good, their whole cakes (non slice versions) are really worth trying. I do not have photos to add to my review right now (because everything gets over too soon) but I'm planning to visit again soon (for those amazing hand pies) and will try to get some shots on here.

I like really enjoy their traditional Chinese dishes and they have more moden dishes if that is what you like. Service is quick, friendly and professional. I enjoy extra- spicy and love garlic, so I usually order mine with double-spicy and 5-times garlic in it and it's worth the extra dollar. If I were a student from Asia, I would be reading only here, but I do anyways!”

“Korea Restaurant has a pretty predictable but large menu of gimbap, various soups, bulgogi, bibimbap, hotpot, KFC, teriyaki, and more, with some Japanese-style dishes in addition to the Korean. This restaurant, like the others on this street, is in a converted house, and the environment is comfortable and unpretentious. They had K-pop music videos playing on a TV in the dining room. There was an older man and a woman serving together; the woman was very sweet, the man came off as quite serious.
I ordered the tofu hot stone bibimbap which also came with an assortment of banchan. None of the food really stood out to me but it was all pretty good. I definitely would've liked more tofu in the bibimbap, but I did appreciate that it seemed to be lightly pan-fried rather than deep-fried. With hot sauce added, the bowl was very flavourful but not too salty. The vegetables were all cooked well and the fried egg also had nice crispy edges. The portion was filling, especially with the banchan. The bibimbap came out literally seconds after the banchan, so I was a little worried it would get cold before I had the chance to eat the banchan, but the stone bowl kept it nice and hot until the last bite.
I would say this is an okay place for vegetarians/vegans since they do have a number of entrees that I believe should be vegetarian or vegan (more if you remove the egg), but they don't label which dishes are vegetarian, so you might have to ask questions about hidden meat/seafood ingredients if you're not familiar with Korean food. If you are vegetarian, let them know when you order, because even though the bibimbap I ordered was vegetarian, some of the banchan (fishcakes and likely the kimchi) contained seafood.
The overall experience was positive but not outstanding in terms of the food or atmosphere, so while I might return if I'm craving Korean, I want to try other Korean places in the neighbourhood first to see what else is out there.”

Cut them some slack, it's apparent the store and the people who park and go in and eat need them probably closer to more than they need us or Denny's. “I ordered a Ruben and when it arrived the toast was black and burnt. I never complain so I said nothing and tried to eat the sandwich but the toast was very hard. After trying to eat it I just gave up not wanted to be a bad customer and make my two adult friends uncomfortable. I just paid the bill $70.+and gave the server Emily a $20. tip. My friend ordered one of her usuals but the sauce was not what she normally gets. We were told that the cooks sometimes use whatever is available and finally just sent out a replacement with NO sauce. She finally just gave up and ate whatever she ordered. The third friend her husband avoided the situation. We finally gave up and I paid the bill with my Sky Miles AMEX card total $90.+ We came into the restaurant probably around 7:30 or 8pm. Sorry for the bother but it bothered me I've lived here since 1972.”
